  • Patent number: 11847380
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing supplemental information with a response to a command are provided herein. In some embodiments, audio data representing a spoken command may be received by a cloud-based information system. A response to the command may be retrieved from a category related to the context of the command. A supplemental information database may also be provided that is pre-populated with supplemental information related to an individual having a registered account on the cloud-based information system. In response to retrieving the response to the command, supplemental information may be selected from the supplemental information database to be appended to the response to the command. A message may then be generated including the response and the supplemental information appended thereto, which in turn may be converted into audio data representing the message, which may be sent to a voice-controlled electronic device of the individual.

  • Patent number: 11838834
Abstract: A lightshow control system for generating a lightshow across a plurality of pixels or mobile devices comprises a controller configured to receive a lightshow operator's input and to generate a plurality of lightshow parameters. The system comprises a beacon transmitter in communication with the lightshow controller and configured to receive the lightshow parameters from the lightshow controller, encode the lightshow parameters on a beacon signal, and broadcast the beacon signal to the pixels, wherein each pixel is configured to receive and decode the beacon signal to perform one or more display actions. The decoded beacon signal includes reference timing information to facilitate synchronization of the pixels. The display actions may be based in part on the individual pixel location which is determined by the pixel based on TDOA multilateration and/or trilateration from distinct audio signals emitted by a plurality of speaker nodes.

  • Publication number: 20230363837
Abstract: An image-guided robotic intervention system (“IGRIS”) may be used to perform medical procedures on patients. IGRIS provides a real-time view of patient anatomy, as well as an intended target or targets for the procedures, software that allows a user to plan an approach or trajectory path using either the image or the robotic device, software that allows a user to convert a series of 2D images into a 3D volume, and localizes the 3D volume with respect to real-time images during the procedure. • Publication number: 20230330219
Abstract: Compositions containing a nucleic acid nanostructure having a desired geometric shape and immunostimulatory agent(s) bound to its surface are provided. The nanostructures can be, for example, in the form of a 6-helix bundle, or icosahedron, or a pentagonal bipyramid. The nanostructure design allows for control of the relative position and/or stoichiometry of the immunostimulatory agent(s) bound to its surface. The immunostimulatory agent(s) displayed on the nanostructure surface are arranged with the preferred number, spacing, and 3D organization to elicit a robust immune response. The displayed antigen can be a TLR agonist, such as a TLR9 agonist. The immunostimulatory compositions may thus be useful as immunogens, vaccines, adjuvants, and the like. Methods of inducing immune responses, and for targeted induction of TLR activation are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20230298104
Abstract: Systems and methods for settling disputed claims and avoiding arbitration are provided. A set of settled medical claims is used to train a model to predict the settlement amount of a medical claims based on a variety of attributes of the claim. Later, when an insurance payor disputes a claim sent by a medical provider, the model is used to predict a settlement amount based on the attributes of the disputed claim. This predicted settlement amount is then sent to the payor and the medical provider as a proposed settlement amount for the disputed claim in a user interface. The medical provider and payor can either accept the proposed settlement amount or can provide a counter settlement amount through the user interface. Once both parties agree on the settlement amount, the disputed claim is settled and arbitration is avoided.

  • Publication number: 20230290464
Abstract: In an embodiment, systems and method for detecting errors in prescriptions are provided. When a prescription for a medication is received by a prescription fulfillment system, the instructions associated with the prescription are analyzed to determine where the prescription for the medication includes a mistake. The analysis may be performed based on information collected from a plurality of prescriptions for the same medication that are known to not include any mistakes. If a prescription is determined to possibly include a mistake one or more actions may be taken including notifying a pharmacist, notifying the medical provider associated with the prescription, notifying the patient, and in some circumstances, rejecting the prescription. In some embodiments, the analysis may be performed by a model trained using the plurality of prescriptions known to not include any mistakes, and a plurality of prescriptions known to include some mistakes.
