  • Patent number: 11833023
Abstract: Systems and methods for the intravascular treatment of clot material within a blood vessel of a human patient are disclosed herein. A method in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include, for example, positioning a distal portion of a catheter proximate to the clot material within the blood vessel. The method can further include coupling a pressure source to the catheter via a tubing subsystem including a valve or other fluid control device and, while the valve is closed, activating the pressure source to charge a vacuum. The valve can then be opened to apply the vacuum to the catheter to thereby aspirate at least a portion of the clot material from the blood vessel and into the catheter.

  • Patent number: 11835644
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to adaptive correction of radar channel-to-channel time-dependent errors. In accordance with one aspect, the adaptive correction of radar channel-to-channel time-dependent errors includes transforming a digitized data flow to generate a transformed data flow; detecting the transformed data flow to generate a detected data flow; focusing the detected data flow to generate a focused data flow; and aligning the focused data flow to generate a corrected data flow. In one aspect, it may further include performing a direction of arrival (DOA) processing on the corrected data flow to generate a resolved data set, processing the resolved data set to generate a post-processed data set, radiating a transmit radar waveform, capturing a receive radar waveform related to the transmit radar waveform and generating the digitized data flow based on the receive radar waveform.

  • Publication number: 20230384892
Abstract: Acoustic touch and/or force sensing system architectures and methods for acoustic touch and/or force sensing can be used to detect a position of an object touching a surface and an amount of force applied to the surface by the object. The position and/or an applied force can be determined using time-of-flight (TOF) techniques, for example. Acoustic touch sensing can utilize transducers (e.g., piezoelectric) to simultaneously transmit ultrasonic waves along a surface and through a thickness of a deformable material. The location of the object and the applied force can be determined based on the amount of time elapsing between the transmission of the waves and receipt of the reflected waves. In some examples, an acoustic touch sensing system can be insensitive to water contact on the device surface, and thus acoustic touch sensing can be used for touch sensing in devices that may become wet or fully submerged in water.

  • Publication number: 20230366180
Abstract: Shower assemblies, mounting hardware and multi-port diverting valves therefor, and methods of installing rain showerhead assemblies. The show assemblies include a bracket assembly that secures to the wall and/or to the ceiling and a rain showerhead assembly supported by the bracket assembly. The bracket assembly reduces off-axis forces against the shower wall and thereby minimizes damage to the shower wall. The bracket assembly may be used to mount a wall-mounted rain showerhead assembly or a ceiling-mounted rain showerhead assembly. A shower arm three-port diverting valve or a shower arm four-port diverting valve may be used with any one of the shower assemblies.

  • Publication number: 20230364658
Abstract: A technique which facilitates cleaning of an interior of a pipe via access through a lateral hole in the pipe. The technique utilizes a control bar head which may be coupled with a control bar via a coupling feature. A shroud is positioned around the control bar head. The shroud may have a suitable shape with an interior sized to enable linear movement of the control bar head along the interior between an extended position and a retracted position. Additionally, the shroud has an exterior sized to enable insertion through the lateral hole in the pipe. Magnets may be coupled with the control bar head and oriented to pick up particles in the pipe when the control bar head is located in the extended position. When the control bar head is shifted to the retracted position, the magnets ensure retrieval of the particles into the shroud for removal from the pipe when the system is withdrawn.

  • Publication number: 20230331749
Abstract: Compositions and methods for isolating L-glufosinate from a composition comprising L-glufosinate and glutamate are provided. The method comprises converting the glutamate to pyroglutamate followed by the isolation of L-glufosinate from the pyroglutamate and other components of the composition to obtain substantially purified L-glufosinate. The composition comprising L-glufosinate and glutamate is subjected to an elevated temperature for a sufficient time to allow for the conversion of glutamate to pyroglutamate, followed by the isolation of L-glufosinate from the pyroglutamate and other components of the composition to obtain substantially purified L-glufosinate. The glutamate alternatively may be converted to pyroglutamate by enzymatic conversion. The purified L-glufosinate is present in a final composition at a concentration of 90% or greater of the sum of L-glufosinate, glutamate, and pyroglutamate.
