  • Publication number: 20210011446
Abstract: Vaporizers and vaporizer systems, which can include a user device in communication with a vaporizer, can include one or more features related to control of functions and/or features of the vaporizer. A method for locking a vaporizer is provided. The method includes determining whether a vaporizer is within a communication range of a second device. The method further includes locking the vaporizer in response to the vaporizer being within the communication range. The method further includes receiving information associated with a user of the vaporizer. The method further includes determining, based on the received information, an age of the user and unlocking, by the one or more processors and based on the age of the user satisfying a threshold, the vaporizer to activate the operation of the vaporizer.

  • Publication number: 20200410692
Abstract: A computer vision system includes a camera that captures a plurality of image frames in a target field. A processor is coupled to the camera and receives the plurality of image frames and detects occupants in the space from the image frames, assign an ID and a location for each person in a field of view. An input image or a series of input images are processed by the processor for occupant detection and location, and occupants visible in the image are assigned IDs and locations in the image frame. A user interface allows for a determination of a reference object including one or more of: shape, dimensions, and location in the image. A distance between two points is selected by s user in the image frame using s dimensions of a grid overlaid on a reference object for which the user has manually selected and manually inputted dimensions.
