The case is movably disposed in the compartment, and the inlet faces an interior of the shell. The fan is disposed in between the outlet and the inlet. The handle is pivotally connected to two sides of the outlet of the case, and two ends of the handle respectively have a mating portion. The mating portion and the fastening portion of the immediately adjacent wall of the shell are engaged.

Each of the hard drive casings has a first side plate and a second side plate whose surfaces are each formed with a plurality of guiding units slidably disposed in the guiding grooves. Upper ends of the first and second side plates are each formed with an expansion unit for engaging the upper edges of the first and second partition boards, fixing the hard drive casing at a raised position in the accommodating space. Through the above structure, the hard drive casing can be fixed at the raised position in the accommodating space without separating from the housing for facilitating replacement of the hard drive and without using screws.

The abutting protrusions of the abutting walls abut the hard drives between the separation boards.     Abstract: A method and system that assesses video quality of transmitted video packet signals suffering from packet loss and delay. This packet loss and delay can create freeze events, which are observed as a jerkiness while viewing the video. The system and method compares the frames in a video transmission to determine freeze events; extracts a set of features from the locations of the freeze events and decoded video frames; and maps the set of features into a video quality score using a neural network. The video quality score provides an assessment of the effects of irregular frame freezes due to packet loss or delay on the quality of the video.
