    Abstract: In some embodiments, a method for forming an integrated circuit is provided. The method includes forming a first layer over a semiconductor wafer, the first layer having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is patterned by projecting a first image field over the first portion of the first layer, where the first portion of the first layer corresponds to the first image field. The second portion is patterned by projecting a second image field over the second portion of the first layer, where the second portion of the first layer corresponds to the second image field. A second layer is formed over the first layer. The second layer is patterned by projecting a third image field over the second layer, where the third image field covers a majority of the first portion and a majority of the second portion of the first layer.

One device includes a memory, and a processor configured to execute executable instructions stored in the memory to receive a notification of an alarm from a building automation system, compare attributes of the alarm to attributes of alarms included in a database of suppressed alarms, refrain from transmitting a notification of the alarm to a mobile device in response to the attributes of the alarm matching attributes of any of the alarms in the database, and transmit a notification of the alarm to a mobile device in response to the attributes of the alarm not matching the attributes of any of the alarms in the database.

An exemplary semiconductor device includes a high-k/metal gate stack disposed over a substrate. The high-k/metal gate stack is disposed between a first source/drain feature and a second source/drain feature. A first spacer set is disposed along sidewalls of the high-k/metal gate stack. A first interlevel dielectric (ILD) layer is disposed over the substrate. Upper portions of the first spacer set that extend above the first ILD layer have a tapered width. A second spacer set is disposed on the upper portions of the first spacer set and over the first ILD layer. A second ILD layer is disposed over the first ILD layer. A contact feature extends through the second ILD layer to the first source/drain feature and the second source/drain feature. The bridge rectifier, the current driver, and the protection circuit are connected in series, and the constant current source is used to limit the magnitude of the direct current to drive the LED. The protection circuit includes a protection unit. The protection circuit connects the current driver and the LED. The LED includes a substrate and the rectifying diode, the constant current source, and the protection unit are formed together on the substrate.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fabricating an electrochromic device, which adopts the vacuum cathodic arc-plasma deposition to comprise five layers with an ionic conduction layer (electrolyte) in contact with an electrochromic (EC) layer and an ion storage (complementary) layer, all sandwiched between two transparent conducting layers sequentially on a substrate. The method owns superior deposition efficiency and the fabricated thin film structures have higher crystalline homogeneity. In addition, thanks to the nanometer pores in the thin film structures, the electric capacity as well as the ion mobility are greater. Consequently, the reaction efficiency for bleaching or coloring is enhanced.
