    Abstract: A micro-probe laser frequency modulation interferometric ranging method and system, under the premise of not introducing an absolute laser rangefinder to introduce new uncertainties, continuously and slowly changes the modulated laser wavelength, resulting in a continuous periodic phase change in the interference signal obtained by the detector. The laser modulation absorption spectrum shifts from the initial locked absorption peak to another locked peak, and the wavelength changes of the two locked absorption peaks before and after are obtained by checking the table. Meanwhile, calculating the phase difference demodulated by the phase generated carrier (PGC) before and after, and the initial length of optical dead-path is calculated using wavelength scanning technology. Afterwards, utilizing the advantages of high relative distance measurement accuracy of micro-probe fiber optic laser interferometer, real-time measurement of the measured distance is achieved.

The sulfinate glycosyl donor has a special sulfinate structure. When the sulfinate glycosyl donor is used as a raw material to prepare the glycoside compound, an additional initiator does not need to be added, such that the production cost is saved, the generation of byproducts is reduced, and the glycoside compound with a purity greater than 98% is obtained.     Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is an application of lysine (K)-specific demethylase 6B (KDM6B) in regulating and controlling the function of a mesenchymal stem cell. WDR5 is a co-binding protein for negatively regulating and controlling the functions of KDM6B and the MLL1. WDR5 can form a protein complex with KDM6B to inhibit the function of KDM6B, such that expression and functions of genes are regulated and controlled by regulating and controlling the methylation state of downstream senescence and osteogenesis related genes and gene promoter region histone, and finally the effects of regulating stem cell senescence and differentiation functions and bone/tooth tissue repair and regeneration functions are achieved. For a KDM6B and WDR5 binding region sequence, small-molecule polypeptide is researched, developed, and utilized, and the function of the mesenchymal stem cell is regulated by regulating and controlling the binding of a KDM6B/WDR5 complex.

The visual map includes a plurality of map points from which images were previously captured and processed to determine visual features of such images. In the event of a loss of one or more position signals, such as GPS signals, the autonomous ground vehicles capture images using one or more of the cameras, and process the images to determine visual features from such images. The visual features determined from such images are compared to the visual map. Positions of one or more of the map points are identified as most likely corresponding to a position of the autonomous ground vehicle where visual features associated with such map points are similar to the visual features determined from such images.
