  • Patent number: 11839490
Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for determining validity of a measured in-blood percentage of oxygenated hemoglobin. The apparatus has multiple pulse oximetry channels having at least three light sources of at least three distinct wavelengths, which are detected and converted to digital signals. The light sources are selectively activated, and two or more estimated in-blood percentages of oxygenated hemoglobin are calculated. It is determined whether a signal quality associated with the calculated in-blood percentages exceeds a predetermined accuracy threshold, and an associated validity indication is provided.

Abstract: A treadmill and an exercise accident detection method thereof are provided. The treadmill includes a treadmill body, an inertial sensor, and a processor. The inertial sensor is mounted on the treadmill body and continuously senses multiple sensed values while a treadmill belt of the treadmill is running. The processor is coupled to the inertial sensor, acquires multiple first sensed values sensed within a preset period by the inertial sensor, and analyzes the first sensed values sensed within the preset period to determine an event threshold value. The processor determines whether multiple second sensed values sensed not within the preset period by the inertial sensor satisfy a normal condition according to the event threshold value. If the second sensed values do not satisfy the normal condition, the processor controls the treadmill belt of the treadmill to stop running.

  • Publication number: 20230352941
Abstract: A method and system for supplying power at a voltage selected from a plurality of voltages. Power is initially received at a first voltage. Embodiments communicate with an AC adapter to get device identification and see if the AC adapter supports other voltages. If so, embodiments communicate with the AC adapter to get more information about the adapter and identify what voltages the adapter is capable of providing. If one of the voltages would allow an information handling system to operate more efficiently, embodiments negotiate a power supply contract to operate at a second voltage. When the information handling system powers down, the system resets to operation at the initial voltage.
