  • Patent number: 9362748
Abstract: A power system with a combination of active current sharing and droop current sharing is disclosed. The power system includes a system load and plural power supplies connected with each other and connected to the system load. The power supplies are configured to respectively output a load current to the system load, and each power supply includes an active current sharing circuit and a droop current sharing circuit. The active current sharing circuit is configured to enter an operation or shutdown mode depending on whether the load current is higher than a first current set point. The droop current sharing circuit is configured to enter an operation or shutdown mode depending on whether the load current is higher than a second current set point. Hence, each power supply can respectively output an equal share of the load current by an active current sharing technique and/or a droop current sharing technique.

  • Patent number: 8907681
Abstract: A timing skew characterization apparatus comprises a coarse timing skew characterization circuit, a fine timing skew characterization circuit and a coarse delay cell calibration circuit. The coarse timing skew characterization circuit comprises a plurality of coarse delay cells whose delays can be calibrated through the coarse delay cell calibration circuit. The calibration of fine delay cells can be implemented through a trail and error process. Both coarse delay step and fine delay step can be characterized through a single measurement setup. As a result, the timing skew characterization apparatus provides a high resolution setup and hold time measurement.

  • Publication number: 20140313660
Abstract: A connecting assembly is disposed between two opposite assembling sides of a first body and a second body of an electronic device. The connecting assembly includes an engaging member, an engaging portion and an elastic fixing mechanism. The engaging member is pivoted to the first body and the engaging portion is fixed to the second body. The elastic fixing mechanism is connected to the first body. When the first body is assembled to the second body, the engaging member rotates relative to the engaging portion from a first position to a second position, such that the engaging member is infixed to the engaging portion and the second body. Then elastic force of the elastic fixing mechanism fixes the engaging member together with the engaging portion and the second body, such that the first body is assembled to the second body. An electronic device having the connecting assembly is also provided.
