  • Publication number: 20100170561
Abstract: A surface layer of a solar cell module is provided for being added onto a surface of the solar cell module. The surface layer is a liquid having a predetermined height and a refractive index from 1 to 1.55 for increasing light transmission and/or a thermal resistivity of the surface layer is less than that of the glass to improve heat dissipation of the solar cell module. The surface layer of the solar cell further includes a storage buffer apparatus to keep the predetermined height of the surface layer with/without texture from wave generators for the improvement in light transmission and heat dissipation.

  • Publication number: 20070256944
Abstract: A new electrochemical method for determining dissolved oxygen concentration is developed. It employs cobalt based oxide or complex to modify a conductive electrode surface. This method can be applied to determine dissolved oxygen in regard to medical and environmental demands. The chemical formula of the cobalt based oxide or complexes can be shown as CoxOy or CoaLb. Both “x” and “a” represent the number of cobalt atom; while “y” and “b” represent the number of oxygen atom and the number of coordinating ligand, respectively. For instance, the best known example of cobalt oxide is CO3O4, and the best known examples of cobalt complexes are cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPC) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), or other macrocyclic complexes with a metallic nucleus of cobalt. The present invention determines the concentration of dissolved oxygen in solution in potentiostatic mode with three electrodes. As a result, the dissolved oxygen can be determined between 0.0V and ?0.3V vs.

  • Publication number: 20070005013
Abstract: A safety needle assembly includes a barrel, a cannula seat mounted in a front open end of the barrel, a needle cannula fixed to the cannula seat, and a plunger. The cannula seat includes a guiding section and a coupling section. A coupling member is formed on a distal end of a connecting rod that extends forward from a front end of the plunger. The connecting rod and the coupling member are twisted when the coupling member is moving forward through the guiding section during forward movement of the plunger. When the coupling member has passed through the guiding section into the coupling section, the connecting rod and the coupling member return to their original positions, and the coupling member couples with the coupling section, allowing the cannula seat and the needle cannula to be withdrawn into the barrel when the plunger is pulled rearward.

  • Patent number: 5678581
Abstract: A cleaning apparatus for cleaning an air pump silencer is disclosed. The cleaning apparatus comprises a closed housing. In the closed housing, at least one rotary part, each including a fixing plate and a support base for fixing the silencer is provided. Water from a water tank is injected into the silencer by first and second pipe sets. The first pipe set includes a straight pipe and a bent pipe mounted on the fixing plate. The second pipe set includes a straight pipe and a bent pipe mounted on the support base. During cleaning, these pipes enter the silencer and inject water to clean the inner walls of the silencer. A driving portion including a motor for driving the rotary parts is provided in the closed housing and is driven by a control circuit. When the rotary parts rotate, all the inner walls of the silencer can be completely cleaned by the pipes. Wash water is collected in an acid tank in the lower portion of the closed housing to isolate hazardous materials cleaned from the silencer.
