    Abstract: A toe-cap molding machine has a body, a clamping device and a shoe-tree mount. The body has a base panel, a connecting mount, a clamping cylinder and a shoe-tree cylinder. The clamping device is detachably connected to the body and has two quick-release groups and a mold group. The quick-release groups are securely mounted on the assembling panel, and each has a quick-release mount, a clamping mount and a first spring. The quick-release mount has a releasing hole, a holding pin and a mounting recess. The clamping mount is pressably connected to the quick-release mount and has an engaging block, an elongated hole and an engaging head. The mold group is connected to the quick-release groups and the assembling panel and has two guiding shaft, a limiting panel, two second springs and a clamping mold. The shoe-tree mount is detachably connected to the shoe-tree cylinder below the clamping device.

    Abstract: A rotation speed control circuit with function of auto-calibrating rotation speed error is disclosed. The rotation speed control circuit includes a first multiplexer, a second multiplexer, an error amplifier and a current compensation circuit. In calibration mode, the rotation speed control circuit selects a calibration clock signal and a calibration voltage through the first multiplexer and the second multiplexer correspondingly according to a mode switch signal, and adjusts current value of a first current accordingly. In other words, the rotation speed control circuit utilizes the first current to compensate error of the external capacitor through the calibration clock signal fixed and the calibration voltage fixed in the duration of calibration mode, so as to avoid that aging of the external capacitor leads to rotation speed error and then affects the whole operation.

The inspection method includes the following steps: providing a wafer having multiple chips and a lower surface attached with a dicing tape, wherein scribing lines are formed between the chips; connecting the dicing tape with a transparent carrier supporting a first liquid medium such that the dicing tape is contacted seamlessly with the first liquid medium, wherein the difference of refractive index between the first liquid medium and the dicing tape is less than 0.3; and inspecting the scribing lines through the transparent carrier from below the lower surface of the wafer by an inspection lens of an optical inspector. The inspection method and fixture increase the image resolution of the scribing lines so as to facilitate the detection of lower-surface defects of the scribing lines.
