    Abstract: The present invention is a recycling method for aluminum dust collection and aluminum metallic smelting slag, where aluminum dross is processed into dross pellets having a particle diameter of larger than 200 meshes and smaller than 400 meshed, with which an aqueous solution of a binder is mixed to form a raw material. The raw material is then pressure molded to form a raw refractory material and sintered under a work temperature of 1050° C.˜1450° C., and reduced in temperature to finally form a refractory material.

The control circuit controls the motor and prevents the motor from heat-related damage.

    Abstract: A metal template structure at least includes a frame, a supporting stainless wire cloth is disposed at an inner edge of the frame, a metal template is disposed on the supporting stainless wire cloth, and falling holes arranged in a printing shape are disposed on the metal template. The present invention is characterized in that: a feeding guide portion extends upwards from an upper periphery of each falling hole, an aperture of the feeding guide portion is greater than an aperture of the falling hole, and a periphery of the feeding guide portion and a periphery of the falling hole are connected in different forms such as a right angle surface, an inclined surface or a concave surface. By using a large aperture of the feeding guide portion and increasing the feeding guide portion, the thickness of the metal template is increased, so that more slurry can pass through the falling holes smoothly during printing, thereby achieving optimal falling effect.

The threshold voltage determination unit determines a threshold voltage corresponding to the laser module. The comparison unit is for comparing a voltage level at a first node of the laser module with the threshold voltage to output a switch signal. The switch unit is controlled by the switch signal to switch the voltage level at an output end of the detection circuit. When the laser module is conducted, the voltage level at the first node is lower than the threshold voltage, the switch signal controls the switch unit, such that the output end outputs a high level voltage and vice versa.

The auxiliary latch is connected with the main latch, and slid simultaneously with the main latch relative to the battery. The resilient member is connected with the fastener at an end and connected with the battery at an opposite end, whereby providing a resilient force for the fastener to be secured within the concave area. When the battery is fully accommodated within the concave area, the main latch engages within the latch hole.

    Abstract: A plastic injection molding device and a method using the same are provided. The plastic injection molding device is formed with a female mold and a male mold. The male mold is formed with a plastic passing portion and a partition portion. The plastic passing portion is formed in a Y shape including two linear passages in communication with each other. The partition portion is disposed between the two linear passages. After a liquid plastic material is fully filled in a cavity jointly formed by the male and the female mold, a whole plastic body is integrally solidified in both of the cavity and the plastic passing portion. When the whole plastic body is discharged from the cavity, the plastic body in the plastic passing portion is snapped by the partition portion.

    Abstract: A resilience and displacement measuring device is configured with a shaft having a displacement detection module and a force detection module disposed respectively at the two ends thereof. When the shaft is moved for driving a probe of the force detection module to press on a tested press-key, a reflective panel in the displacement detection module will be caused to displace along with the moving of the shaft for allowing a light sensor to measure the displacement of the shaft, and at the same time the pressing of the probe on the press-key will force a detection film to deform for allowing a strain gauge to measure a resilience. The device is capable of dividing a measurement range into a plurality of sub-ranges while designing calculation models specifically for the sub-ranges, by that a precise distance can be obtained from the measured distance information of the calculation models.

    Abstract: A blade pitch driving apparatus of a wind-driven generator and a driving method therefor are adapted to receive an external electrical power and impel a blade toward a corresponding pitch angle according to a pitch command. The apparatus includes an UPS, a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive (PMSM drive), an AC pitch motor (ACPM) and a hub controller. The hub controller normally switches the external power to the PMSM drive, receives the pitch command and control the ACPM to impel the blade toward the corresponding pitch angle. When the PMSM drive fails or the external electrical power is interrupted, the hub controller switches the electrical power of the UPS to the ACPM and controls the blade being impelled toward a feathered position.
