    Abstract: A battery charge apparatus and a charge system are disclosed. The charge apparatus includes first and second charge module connected to each other. The first charge module is connected to an auxiliary power, makes a processor thereof generate a charge-unit-address code for the charge unit thereof, and turns on an auxiliary switch thereof for transmitting the auxiliary power to the second charge module for activated the second charge module. The second charge module then sends a charge-module-address request to the first charge module to ask for a charge-module-address code. Thereafter, the first charge module performs charge procedure and informs the second charge module to perform charge procedure when battery connected to the first charge module is fully charged. The second charge module then performs charge procedure and sends fully charged information to the first charge module when the battery connected to the second charge module is fully charged.

    Abstract: A measuring device for a pedal plane angle of a bicycle includes a pedal body, an angle sensing unit and a central processing unit (CPU). The angle sensing unit is disposed in an accommodating chamber of the pedal body, and senses an angle of the pedal body to send an angle sensing signal. The CPU analyzes the angle sensing signal to obtain angle data of the pedal body relative to an angle of a reference plane to accordingly learn an angle relationship between the pedal body and the reference plane. The angle relationship may coordinate with other sensing units, for example, data of a pedaling force sensing unit to mutually correct and analyze the data, so as to obtain correct pedaling force information. With the angle data, whether a pedaling angle of a rider is correct can be learned to prevent sports injuries caused by incorrect pedaling angles.

    Abstract: A flyback power converter circuit includes a transformer, a power switch, a primary side controller circuit, and a secondary side controller circuit. The transformer converts an input voltage to a first, a second and a third output voltages. The primary side controller circuit and the secondary side control are powered by the second voltage and a third voltage, respectively. In a burst mode, when the second output voltage is lower than a first threshold, a power regulation mode is triggered to control the power switch, such that the second output voltage is between the first threshold and a second threshold. After a predetermined delay time period, the power regulation mode stops and the flyback power converter circuit enters a reboot procedure, wherein the power switch is OFF such that the third voltage is lower than a secondary side reboot threshold, whereby the secondary side controller circuit is reboot.
