    Abstract: A charging device includes a main control circuit, a connecting interface, a power supply circuit and a detecting circuit. When an energy storage element connects to the charging device, the connecting interface is coupled to two terminals of a temperature control element. The power supply circuit is coupled to the connecting interface and the main control circuit. The detecting circuit is coupled to the connecting interface. When the energy storage element connects to the charging device, the detecting circuit generates a detecting signal being used to trigger the power supply circuit to provide a main operating voltage to the main control circuit. When temperature of the energy storage element exceeds a threshold, the temperature control element makes the detecting circuit not to generate the detecting signal, so the power supply circuit ceases to provide the main operating voltage to the main control circuit.

The digital twins include data structures representing states of each of a plurality of subsystems of the set of industrial assets over a time period. The states are estimated based on an application of simulations using cumulative damage models. The cumulative damage models model the effects of exogenous factors on the operation of the set of industrial assets over the time period. The digital twins are analyzed with respect to simulated operating performances to determine an optimized control of operations of the industrial assets. The optimized control of operations is calculated to jointly and severally to increase the specified operating performance criteria in time present and future of the industrial assets or decrease an economic risk associated with the operation of the industrial assets, within a specified probability.

    Abstract: A measuring device for a pedal plane angle of a bicycle includes a pedal body, an angle sensing unit and a central processing unit (CPU). The angle sensing unit is disposed in an accommodating chamber of the pedal body, and senses an angle of the pedal body to send an angle sensing signal. The CPU analyzes the angle sensing signal to obtain angle data of the pedal body relative to an angle of a reference plane to accordingly learn an angle relationship between the pedal body and the reference plane. The angle relationship may coordinate with other sensing units, for example, data of a pedaling force sensing unit to mutually correct and analyze the data, so as to obtain correct pedaling force information. With the angle data, whether a pedaling angle of a rider is correct can be learned to prevent sports injuries caused by incorrect pedaling angles.
