The tool setting probe is configured to detect a cutter length of the milling cutter. The temperature sensor is configured to sense a measured temperature of the cutter driver or the milling cutter. The workpiece touch probe is configured to measure processing errors of the processed work piece. The controller is configured to generate the control signal based on a processing instruction, a temperature compensation model, the cutter length, and the measured temperature. The controller is further configured to determine whether to modify the temperature compensation model based on the processing errors.

    Abstract: A photodetecting device and method of using the same are provided. Light is used to irradiate the optical filter layer of the photodetecting device and positions of the electrons and the holes in the polycrystalline silicon nano-channel layer are rearranged by the light with a wavelength range capable of passing through the optical filter layer. The current between the source and the drain is changed by rearranging the positions of the electrons and the holes, so as to generate a current difference. The intensity of the light is calculated by the current difference.

    Abstract: A charging device includes a main control circuit, a connecting interface, a power supply circuit and a detecting circuit. When an energy storage element connects to the charging device, the connecting interface is coupled to two terminals of a temperature control element. The power supply circuit is coupled to the connecting interface and the main control circuit. The detecting circuit is coupled to the connecting interface. When the energy storage element connects to the charging device, the detecting circuit generates a detecting signal being used to trigger the power supply circuit to provide a main operating voltage to the main control circuit. When temperature of the energy storage element exceeds a threshold, the temperature control element makes the detecting circuit not to generate the detecting signal, so the power supply circuit ceases to provide the main operating voltage to the main control circuit.

The digital twins include data structures representing states of each of a plurality of subsystems of the set of industrial assets over a time period. The states are estimated based on an application of simulations using cumulative damage models. The cumulative damage models model the effects of exogenous factors on the operation of the set of industrial assets over the time period. The digital twins are analyzed with respect to simulated operating performances to determine an optimized control of operations of the industrial assets. The optimized control of operations is calculated to jointly and severally to increase the specified operating performance criteria in time present and future of the industrial assets or decrease an economic risk associated with the operation of the industrial assets, within a specified probability.
