    Abstract: A wafer cassette for receiving a wafer is provided. The wafer cassette includes a cassette housing, a first supporting rib and a second supporting rib. The first supporting rib is disposed in the cassette housing, wherein the first supporting rib includes a front supporting portion, a middle supporting portion and a rear supporting portion, the front supporting portion is connected to one end of the middle supporting portion, the rear supporting portion is connected to the other end of the middle supporting portion, and the front supporting portion has a front curved edge. The second supporting rib is disposed in the cassette housing. An edge portion of the wafer is supported by the first supporting rib and the second supporting rib, and the front supporting portion, the middle supporting portion and the rear supporting portion contact the wafer simultaneously.

A sensing circuit determines whether the capacitive touch device is touched according to the voltages of the first and second input-output pins. A display controller provides a first driving signal to the display device via the first input-output pin and provides a second driving signal to the display device via the second input-output pin in a first display period and a second display period. From the end time point of the first display period to the start time point of the second display period, the sensing circuit detects the voltage level of the first input-output pin and stops detecting the voltage of the second input-output pin.

The pipe assembly is connected to the evaporator to form a loop. A working fluid is filled in the loop. The working fluid in liquid receiving heat from the heat source is transformed into vapor and flows to the pipe assembly. Then, the working fluid in vapor is transformed into liquid by dissipating heat in the pipe assembly and flows to the first space of the evaporator. The working fluid in liquid is stored in the first space and is used for supplying to the second space.
