While the image capturing module captures the temporary images, the processing module dynamically adjusts the exposure times of the temporary images according to a predetermined file, a plurality of analysis results of the temporary images or the vibration information sensed by a vibration sensor. A second current detector is coupled between the inductive element and the ground node, such that current detected by the second current detector is proportional to a drain voltage across the switch. A switch controller controls the switch based on a feedback signal indicative of a voltage across the inductive element, which is generated based on a difference between the current detected by the second current detector and the current detected by the first current detector.

    Abstract: A recipe management system associates a selected process recipe with a recipe group and checks to see if other recipes of the recipe group have been updated since the selected recipe was last run. If another recipe of the recipe group has been run and adjustments have been made to the other recipe based on an analysis of a manufacturing or test run, the recipe management system identifies the selected recipe as requiring an update. The recipe management system sends error reports noting the discrepancy between a parameter setting changed in the test run and needing adjustment in the selected run. The recipe management system also effectuates the needed adjustments to the selected recipe before the selected recipe is allowed to be used in the manufacturing environment.

    Abstract: A method for capturing a three dimensional (3D) image by using a single-lens camera is provided. First, a first image is captured. According to a focus distance of the single-lens camera in capturing the first image and an average distance between two human eyes, an overlap width between the first image and a second image required for capturing the second image of the 3D image is calculated. Then, the first image and a real-time image captured by the single-lens camera are displayed, and an overlap area is marked on the first image according to the calculated overlap width. A horizontal shift of the single-lens camera is adjusted, to locate the real-time image in the overlap area. Finally, the real-time image is captured as the second image, and the first and second images are output as the 3D image.
