    Abstract: A method of an interconnect structure includes the following steps. A first etching stop layer, a first dielectric layer, a second etching stop layer, an insert layer and a second dielectric layer are deposited over the second etching stop layer are deposited over a substrate. The second dielectric layer, the insert layer, the second etching stop layer, the first dielectric layer and the first etching stop layer are patterned thereby forming a trench opening and a via hole. A conductive feature is filled in the trench opening and the via hole thereby forming a conductive line in the second dielectric layer and the insert layer and a via in the first etching stop layer and the first dielectric layer. A material of the insert layer is different from the second dielectric layer and the second etching stop layer.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a data transmission apparatus having clock gating mechanism. Each of data transmission circuits has a flip-flop depth of N and receives a write clock signal and one of read clock signals to receive and output one of data signals. A write clock gating circuit receives a write clock gating enabling signal to transmit the write clock signal to the data transmission circuits. Each of read clock gating circuits receives one of read clock gating enabling signals to transmit one of the read clock signals. The gating signal transmission circuit has a flip-flop depth of N+M and receives the write and the read clock signals to receive the write clock gating enabling signal and output the read clock gating enabling signals. A largest timing difference among the read clock signals is P clock cycles and M is at least [P].

The angle-adjusting device is configured to be in transmissive connection with the driver. The angle-adjusting device is configured to be switched and operate between a locked position and a released position. In the released position, the grinding shaft has its grinding angle adjustable with respect to the workbench, and in the locked position, the grinding shaft is held at a grinding position by the angle-adjusting device. Thereby, operation of the sander is angularly adjustable to fit different wooden workpieces.
