    Abstract: A method is used for detecting a tilt of an optical pickup head. The method includes the steps of: capturing a plurality of images; converting the images to bitmap images; superposing the bitmap images together to form an superimposed bitmap image; setting a two-dimensional coordinating system of the superimposed bitmap image; determining coordinates of a first static spot, a second static spot, and dynamic spot; calculating a first distance between the first static spot and the dynamic spot, and a second distance between the second static spot and the dynamic spot based on the coordinates to determine a maximum distance; and comparing the maximum distance with a first standard distance to attain a conclusion whether the tilt is in an acceptable range.

    Abstract: An imaging, differential optical sectioning interference microscopy (DOSIM) system and method for measuring refractive indices and thicknesses of transparent thin-films. The refractive index and thickness are calculated from two interferometric images of the sample transparent thin-film having a vertical offset that falls within the linear region of an axial response curve of optically sectioning microscopy. Here, the images are formed by a microscope objective in the normal direction, i.e., in the direction perpendicular to the latitudinal surface of the thin-film. As a result, the lateral resolution of the transparent thin-film is estimated based on the Rayleigh criterion, 0.61?/NA.

    Abstract: A method of removing material layer is disclosed. First, a semiconductor substrate is fixed on a rotating platform, where a remnant material layer is included on the surface of the semiconductor substrate. Afterward, an etching process is carried out. In the etching process, the rotating platform is rotated, and an etching solution is sprayed from a center region and a side region of the rotating platform toward the semiconductor substrate until the material layer is removed. Since the semiconductor substrate is etched by the etching solution sprayed from both the center region and the side region of the rotating platform, the etching uniformity of the semiconductor substrate is improved.

The first heat sink introduce the heat generated by the electronic element on the second circuit board to the first fan for better cooling performance. Therefore, the present invention requires only the first fan and the second fan, but is able to provide high cooling efficiencies with a low noise signature.
