  • Patent number: 7344914
Abstract: An organic semiconductor element having multi protection layers and process of making the same are provided. Firstly, forming a first protection layer on the thin film transistor. Next, forming a second protection layer which is thick enough to serve as the photo spacers on said first protection layer. The multi protection layers are then grown on said organic thin film transistor, so as to enable the second protection layer to have the additional function of the photo spacers by the patterning process. Thus the organic thin film transistor can be prevented from being damaged, and achieving the simplification of the manufacturing process and the reduction of the production cost.

  • Patent number: 7210151
Abstract: The present invention provides a heat dissipation member for use in the optical disk drive. The present invention includes an outer frame and a chassis. The chassis has a drive module, a pickup module and two guide rods. A heat dissipation member is disposed on the pickup module and is in contact with a laser diode of the pickup module. When the drive module spins the optical disk at a rotational speed, an air flow is produced due to spinning of optical disk. A part of the air flow is directed to flow through the laser diode by the heat dissipation member so that excess heat generated by the laser diode is efficiently dissipated.

  • Publication number: 20070010086
Abstract: An aluminum substrate is drilled to form a first through hole, and is then laminated with copper foils on upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum substrate via a binder. Due to the pressure of the lamination, the binder is partially forced to flow into and fill the first through hole, and the binder is then solidified. Concentric with the first through hole, a second through hole having a smaller aperture than the first through hole is drilled. By a non-electrical and electrical plating method, a copper conductive layer is formed on the side wall of the second through hole to complete the through hole wire. Because of the isolation effect of the binder, the aluminum substrate is not electrically connected to the copper foils and the copper conductive layer.

  • Patent number: 7134190
Abstract: The present invention is an automated wire harness machine (40) capable of manufacturing a wire harness (42) unique in-part due to the automation process. The novel wire harness is generally a plurality of bundled, preferably un-stripped, insulated wires (46). Each un-stripped end portion (180, 182) of each wire is preferably terminated to one of a series of electrical connectors (44) of the wire harness. Each connector has at least one wafer (52) which houses a plurality of terminals (54) preferably crimped and electrically terminated to the ends of the wires. The wire harness machine preferably utilizes a pallet (56) which holds all of the wafers of one wire harness. A conveyor (58) transports the pallet and wafers through a series of stations which perform automated manufacturing steps. The first station is a terminal inserter (64) which inserts and locks the terminals within pre-assigned cavities (114) of the wafers.

  • Publication number: 20060248550
Abstract: An optical disc drive for reading the recorded data on an optical disc is provided. The optical disc drive includes a chassis, a turntable and a pickup head. The inner top surface of the chassis has a protruding structure or an escape-prevention component. The turntable is disposed inside the chassis for holding and rotating the optical disc. The protruding structure or the escape-prevention component is located above the optical disc when the optical disc is placed onto the turntable inside the chassis. The movable pickup head is disposed inside the chassis for reading the data recorded on the optical disc. The protruding structure or the escape-prevention component shortens the distance between the top surface of the optical disc and the inner top surface of the chassis. Thus, the optical disc is prevented from escaping from the turntable when the optical disc drive vibrates due to an external force.
