  • Patent number: 10662003
Abstract: An exhaust system of an agricultural product container includes a first media screen configured to be coupled to the agricultural product container. The first media screen includes a first plurality of apertures. The first media screen is configured to block a granular product from entering the exhaust system and enabling an air flow into the exhaust system. The exhaust system includes a diffuser having a first diffuser aperture configured to diffuse the air flow in a downward direction. The exhaust system further includes a passage fluidly coupled between the first media screen and the diffuser. The passage is configured to selectively guide the air flow from the first media screen toward the diffuser.

  • Patent number: 10659477
Abstract: A vehicle cyber-attack detection system includes at least one first tier security module coupled to at least one onboard system of a respective vehicle and being configured so as to receive system log data generated by the at least one onboard system of the respective vehicle. The first tier security module extracts extracted features from the system log data with natural language processing and includes a first cyber-attack anomaly detection module that identifies a first cyber-attack based on system entropy measurements determined from the extracted features, and a second cyber-attack anomaly detection module that includes a deep learning component that identifies a second cyber-attack based on classification of the extracted features. A cyber-attack alert module is coupled to the first tier security module for generating a notification of one or more of the first cyber-attack and the second cyber-attack to effect cyber-attack diagnostics and remediation by vehicle personnel.

  • Patent number: 10657844
Abstract: Educational atom models which are attached to a plurality of filaments, to which each end is attached a self-orienting magnet. The magnet is comprised of one magnet or a plurality of magnets, such that the assembly can orient to align, attract and bond to a magnet attached to the end of another filament. The atom models can mimic chemical bonds when a magnet assembly from one atom model orients, attracts and bonds to a magnet from a different atom model. The bonding between magnets more accurately mimics the formation of chemical bonds in terms of force, energy, bonding-electron origin, speed, spontaneity, and atoms' ability to form double and triple bonds. The models are educationally engaging resulting in better learning outcomes.

  • Publication number: 20200104482
Abstract: A pop-up blocker application detects and remediates malicious pop-up loops. The pop-up blocker application intercepts a call from a web page for initiating a pop-up browser window in a web browser. The pop-up blocker application updates a count of pop-up initiating calls associated with the web page occurring within a pre-defined time window. The updated count is compared to a threshold to determine whether the count meets a threshold indicative of a malicious pop-up loop. Responsive to the count meeting the threshold, the pop-up blocker applications takes a remedial action, such as navigating away from the web page.

  • Patent number: 10560545
Abstract: A client updates a display of a user interface associated with a state-based client-server application in accordance with a client-side cache. The server supplies data for a new state and additional data for one or more subsequent states that possibly follow the new state if appropriate one or more operations are performed. When a client request is generated that indicates an operation that causes the application to transition to the new state, the client updates the display in accordance with the data that corresponds to the new state from the client-side cache, if available from the client-side cache. The new state data is available since the server has previously supplied the new state data.

  • Publication number: 20190392147
Abstract: An anti-malware application detects and remediates malware. The anti-malware application detects an event associated with a process and determines if the event matches an entry in an exclusions list. If the event is absent from the exclusions list, the anti-malware application monitors the operation of the process, logs the event data in an event log, and sends the event to a server to determine whether the process corresponds to malware. The anti-malware application updates the exclusions list based on the logged event if the process does not correspond to malware. The anti-malware application restores a file edited by the process to the saved copy of the original file prior to the file being edited by the process if the process corresponds to malware.

  • Patent number: 10412197
Abstract: Response delay associated with a state-based client-server application can be reduced with utilization of an application state server-side cache. A server caches data for a set of one or more possible states of a client-server application that may follow a current state of the application. The server rapidly responds to a client request with data that corresponds to an appropriate new state of the application in accordance with the application state server-side cache. The server determines that the application will transition to the appropriate new state from the current state of the application with the application state server-side cache based, at least in part, on an operation indicated by the client request.

  • Publication number: 20190012460
Abstract: A protection application detects and remediates malicious files on a client. The protection application trains models using known samples of static clean files, and the models characterize features of the clean files. A model may be selected based on metadata obtained from a target file. By processing features of the clean files and features of the target file, the model may generate an anomaly score indicating a level of dissimilarity between the target file and the sample. The protection application compares the anomaly score to one or more threshold scores to classify the target file. Additionally, the target file may be provided to a security server to check against a whitelist or blacklist for classification. Responsive to a classification as malicious, the protection application remediates the target file on the client.
