    Abstract: A method of performing metrology analysis of a thin film includes coupling a radiation into an optical element disposed adjacent to a surface of the thin film. The radiation is coupled such that the radiation is totally internally reflected at an interface between the optical element and the thin film. An evanescent radiation generated at the interface penetrates the thin film. The method furthers include analyzing the evanescent radiation scattered by the thin film to obtain properties of the thin film.

    Abstract: In the disclosure, a non-volatile memory device includes a resistive memory cell and a write and read circuit. The write and read circuit is coupled to the resistive memory cell and configured to combine a perturbation AC signal with a first writing signal, so as to generate a second writing signal. Then, the write and read circuit applies the second writing signal to the resistive memory cell to program the resistive memory cell. The combination of the oscillation signal and the first writing signal (constant DC signal) and AC signal would penetrate the shielding effect of the insulating layer and free the stuck charges.

    Abstract: A rain-test resistant, high-vapor-permeable, water-repellent and water-resistant manufacturing process for making such fabrics is provided. It is used in the dyeing and finishing process of fabric in which the fabric is treated with the treatment roller, knife roller, and spray methods. These combined methods can coat water-repellent agent on the fabric and form a very thin film on the fabric. This protective film on the fabric enhances the wash resistance of the fabric while it will not adversely affect the water repellence and water resistance of the fabric. Moreover, this technique of forming a very thin water-repellent film on the fabric rules out the conventional method with which the water-repellent agent dipped within the fabric structure is easily washed out with regular laundry of the fabric due to the lesser amount of the agent being attached onto the fabric.

When a first low level of the original PWM signal is lower than a second reference value, the level-shifting unit shifts a second low level of the output PWM signal to a set low level.
