    Abstract: A video decoding method includes receiving video data and transforming the video data from a Huffman tree to at least one full tree and at least one one-side tree. One microcode corresponding to the video coding standard that has encoded the received video data is read where a format of the read microcode is determined. The method further includes reading video data from the transformed video data according to the consuming length of the read microcode if the format of the read microcode is a leaf, and decoding the read video data according to the decoding field of the read microcode to output a decoding result.

The first and second contact holes penetrate the piezoelectric layers and the conductive layers, and each of first and second contact holes is filled with a conductive material. Every insulating portion is formed at one conductive layer. Two adjacent insulating portions are respectively formed at the outer rims of the first and second contact holes, to electrically isolate the conductive layer (in which the insulating portion is formed) from the conductive material in the contact hole.

In this manner, energy-saving effect can be achieved.

    Abstract: A waterproof structure in a tank. The circuit board required for discharge machining in the tank is disposed outside the tank. The inner wall of the tank is provided with a waterproof component with a downward opening. The circuit board along with other elements is connected to an electrode contact disposed in the waterproof component. When the machining liquid is full, the air pressure in the air storage space of the waterproof component balances with the liquid pressure at the opening. This prevents the machining liquid from spilling onto the electrode contact and resulting in the bypassing circuit effect. Moreover, the waterproof component can be used at the electrode contact of each base of the conductive platform, providing the same protection.

    Abstract: In a displacement compensation control method and module for an object mounted movably on a driving rod unit and movable between first and second positions relative to the driving rod unit during processing, a detecting unit determines a displacement amount of a free end of the driving rod unit from a reference position in an axial direction of the driving rod unit as a result of thermal deformation of the driving rod unit during high-speed rotation. A control unit controls the driving rod unit to rotate based on the displacement amount so that the object moves between first and second compensation positions relative to the driving rod unit. A distance between the first position and the first compensation position, and a distance between the second position and the second compensation position are equal to the displacement amount.

The current bypass device has first and second conductors that are respectively set in electrical connection with the first and second wires. The bore has only an open end to ensure properly installing the current bypass device in the plug.
