Abstract: In order to prepare a highly conductive and highly dispersible graphene powder and to obtain an electrode for a lithium ion battery with excellent performance utilizing the highly conductive and highly dispersible graphene, a graphene powder and a preparation method thereof is provided. The graphene powder comprises a compound having a catechol group adsorbing on the surface of graphene in a weight ratio of 5-50% relative to the grapheme and the element ratio of oxygen to carbon in the graphene powder measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is 0.06 or more and 0.20 or less. The method for producing a graphene powder comprise the step of reducing a graphite oxide with a reducing agent having no catechol group in the presence of a compound having a catechol group.

Abstract: Novel compounds of structure Formula I: (I) or an enantiomer, a diastereomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are defined herein, are provided which are GPR119 G protein-coupled receptor modulators. GPR119 G protein-coupled receptor modulators are useful in treating, preventing, or slowing the progression of diseases requiring GPR119 G protein-coupled receptor modulator therapy. Thus, the disclosure also concerns compositions comprising these novel compounds and methods of treating diseases or conditions related to the activity of the GPR119 G protein-coupled receptor by using any of these novel compounds or a composition comprising any of such novel compounds.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for processing a task event. The method includes creating a function button for a task event, and adding the function button to a status item corresponding to the task event in a status bar; and executing, in the status item, a function corresponding to the function button when an operation on the function button is detected. The method and the apparatus for processing a task event according to the embodiments of the present invention can improve efficiency of viewing and processing the task event.

Abstract: The present invention is applicable to the field of communications technologies, and provides a method and apparatus for controlling a call audio channel on a communications terminal, and a communications terminal. In the method, first, a voice signal received by a microphone of audio devices connected to a communications terminal is detected, where the audio devices include an internal audio device and at least one external audio device; then, an audio device with a received voice signal meeting a preset condition is selected as a target audio device; finally, the target audio device is set as a current call audio channel. In this way, a user neither needs to remember an audio device that has been connected nor needs to manually switch to a desired call audio channel, which brings convenience to the user.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a sulfonic acid group-containing polymer and a sulfonic acid group-containing aromatic compound, which have excellent proton conductivity even under the low humidification condition, are excellent in mechanical strength and chemical stability and, moreover, can attain high output and excellent physical durability when processed into a solid polymer fuel cell, as well as a polymer electrolyte material, a polymer electrolyte molded product and a solid polymer fuel cell respectively using the same.

Abstract: Various embodiments pertain to serving a number of advertisements in view of browser information and a user's interaction with the web page containing the advertisements. In at least some embodiments, information regarding the size of a browser user interface in which a browser renders the web page, visibility of the browser user interface, or status of the browser can be obtained and utilized to determine a number of slots available for advertisements. For example, if a browser is being used to render a web page on a screen of a mobile device, fewer advertisements can be served compared to when the same web page is rendered by a browser on a desktop monitor. In some embodiments, page script can be used to obtain information regarding the size of a browser user interface, visibility of the browser user interface, or status of the browser.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method for transmission/reception contention resolution in D2D communication is provided. The method includes detecting, at a device-to-device (D2D) node, re-usable cellular resources based on the scheduling information. The method also includes receiving related information from another D2D node identifying the re-usable cellular resources for the another D2D node, and identifying common and different re-usable cellular resources between the D2D node and the another D2D node. The method also includes receiving updated scheduling information, and determining, from the detected re-usable cellular resources, whether there is a simultaneous transmission/reception contention. When it is determined that there is a simultaneous transmission/reception contention, the method includes resolving the contention by dynamically selecting a direction of communication based on a preconfigured decision criteria, wherein the direction of communication is one of transmission or reception.

Abstract: A mold and a method for integrally manufacturing a functional cored slab and a solid slab with a polygonal grid honeycomb structure. The mold for manufacturing the cored slab comprises a female mold and multiple male molds which are provided in the female mold. The male molds include polygonal cylinders capable of melting, dissolving, or vaporizing. A clearance exists between at least one pair of adjacent polygonal cylinders. The mold for manufacturing the solid slab is provided with a male mold main-body of polygonal cylinders which share the same shape and amount as the polygonal grids. The male mold main-body, which is made of one of the functional materials including sound insulating materials, flame retardant materials, and thermal insulating materials, is located in the frame-like female mold having a bottom plate. Clearances are provided between the adjacent male mold bodies. A casting method is adopted when manufacturing the slabs.

Abstract: A computer includes a keyboard, a PCB, a south bridge chip, a BIOS chip, a buffer circuit, and a USB switch. The PCB includes a USB connector connected to the keyboard. The BIOS chip is connected to the south bridge. The USB switch includes a control pin and a first output pin. The BIOS chip sends a dormancy command to the keyboard via the south bridge chip after the computer receives a shut-down signal. The south bridge chip sends a first control signal to the control pin to enable the USB switch to turn on the first output pin after the computer is powered off. The keyboard sends a triggering signal to the USB switch. The first output pin sends the triggering signal to the south bridge chip via the buffer circuit to enable the computer to start up.

The method comprises the steps of (A) determining if a boot list has one or more entries, (B) pre-reading one or more logical block addresses of each of the entries from the boot list, (C) receiving a command from a host, (D) reading the command from a memory internal to the solid state drive if the command is in a cache area of the pre-read logical block addresses and (E) reading the command from a main portion of the solid state drive if the command is not in the cache.

Abstract: A multiuser downlink multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system with limited channel information feedback includes an error-free channel vector quantization scheme. Each user has multiple antennas, and the base station includes a matching number of antennas. Each MIMO channel is measured at the terminus end of a corresponding user, and used to obtain the channel state information at the receiver (CSIR). A few data bits of CSIR information are feed back to the base station through the limited feedback channels. The base station collects all these CSIR feedback data bits into a CSI at the transmitter (CSIT). The CSIT is used to determine which users are served, and how to configure a corresponding multi-user precoder. The user data channels will later all be transmitted through such precoder. A codebook of channel quantization vectors is pre-defined and distributed amongst the base station and all the users.

Abstract: A system and method for handling data received from an implantable medical device (IMD) is provided. The method includes communicating a device parameter value of an IMD device parameter from the IMD to an external device and determining, at the external device, that the communicated device parameter value is at an improper value. Additionally, in response to the determining that the communicated device parameter value is at an improper value, automatically performing at least one of re-programming the IMD device parameter with a selected substitute device parameter value, ignoring, or purging non-programmable data.

Abstract: A Fe—Co hybrid catalyst for oxygen reaction reduction was prepared by a two part process. The first part involves reacting an ethyleneamine with a cobalt-containing precursor to form a cobalt-containing complex, combining the cobalt-containing complex with an electroconductive carbon supporting material, heating the cobalt-containing complex and carbon supporting material under conditions suitable to convert the cobalt-containing complex and carbon supporting material into a cobalt-containing catalyst support. The second part of the process involves polymerizing an aniline in the presence of said cobalt-containing catalyst support and an iron-containing compound under conditions suitable to form a supported, cobalt-containing, iron-bound polyaniline species, and subjecting said supported, cobalt-containing, iron bound polyaniline species to conditions suitable for producing a Fe—Co hybrid catalyst.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a touchscreen apparatus user interface processing method. The method includes obtaining touch information; arranging a first user interface of an application program according to the touch information, where the arrangement is adjusting an element position of the user interface; and presenting a second user interface that is of the application program and is obtained after the arrangement. Abstract: A social networking system may infer interests based on extracted topics from content items on the social networking system. A user's comments and page likes in a social networking system are used to infer topics in which the user is interested. Topics may also be automatically extracted from users' posts, and the extracted topics may be generalized using a category tree to identify additional topics for the user. The social networking system may target content such as advertisements to users based on these extracted topics. For example, the social networking system may boost stories related to the extracted topics in the user's content feeds, append stories about the extracted topics to advertisements that are also related to the topics, append advertisements to stories about the extracted topics, or use the extracted topics as targeting criteria for an advertisement.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are related to systems for interfacing with implantable medical devices, amongst other things. In an embodiment, the invention includes an external medical system including a processor and a telemetry circuit in communication with the processor, the processor configured to communicate with an implanted medical device. The system can be configured to query a system user after a first period of time in which indicators of system use are not detected. The system can be further configured to deactivate one or more data transmission features of the implanted medical device after a second period of time in which one or more indicators of system use are not detected.
