  • Publication number: 20200387665
Abstract: A method for improving designs of electronic message templates based on identified variations includes importing, by a capture engine executing on a first computing device, an email template into an email client. The method includes rendering the email template in the email client. The method includes generating a screen shot of a portion of the rendered email template. The method includes comparing, by a comparison engine, the generated screen shot with an archived screen shot of the rendered portion. The method includes determining that a first level of variation between the generated screen shot and the archived screen shot exceeds a first threshold level of variation. The method includes transmitting, by an alert engine executed by the first computing device, to a second computing device, a notification of the first level of variation and a recommendation to modify the email template to minimize the first level of variation.

  • Publication number: 20200372581
Abstract: A system and method for determining, from a portfolio having a plurality of tasks, possible values, for the portfolio, of one or more parameters shared across the plurality of tasks. A composite timeline is generated that encompasses each task timeline. Two or more probability distributions are received for each task, the probability distributions reflecting potential values of the one or more shared parameters at particular points on the composite timeline. The probability distributions for each task are used to calculate a bounded probability distribution for the portfolio.

  • Publication number: 20200318457
Abstract: A sleeve on a downhole work string or a completion string may be actuated without movement of the work string, by positioning the work string within the completion string such that a sleeve positioned in a recess on a surface the work string or the completion string, in combination with surfaces of the work string and the completion string define a chamber on a side of the sleeve. A fluid may be pumped from a fluid source through a fluid passageway in the work string to the chamber for forcing the sleeve to actuate from an open position to a closed position or vice versa. In some aspects, multiple sleeves may be actuated concurrently via additional fluid passageways that are in fluid communication with one another. In some aspects, multiple sleeves may be actuated independently via additional fluid passageways that are fluidly isolated from one another.

  • Patent number: 10699344
Abstract: A system and method for determining a composite bounded probability distribution of values of a first parameter at one or more values of a second parameter. A bounded probability distribution of values of a common first parameter is defined for each of one or more values of a common second parameter. A composite bounded probability distribution is determined for the portfolio at a selected value of the second parameter by performing a frequency domain convolution using the bounded probability distribution of each object at the selected value of the second parameter.
