    Abstract: A method for a User Equipment (UE) for performing uplink transmissions for Random Access (RA) is provided. The method receives, from a base station, at least one configuration indicating a first threshold and initiates an RA procedure. The method determines whether to perform Multiple Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) (MP) transmissions based on, at least, a comparison between a measurement result and the first threshold. The method then selects a PRACH resource configured for the MP transmissions in response to determining that the MP transmissions are to be performed. Performing the MP transmissions includes transmitting, repeatedly, an RA preamble, on the PRACH resource configured for the MP transmissions, before the UE begins monitoring a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) for receiving a Random Access Response (RAR) that corresponds to the RA preamble.

The heat conduction channel is in communication between the airflow intake and the inlet. A cross-section area of the heat conduction channel adjacent to the airflow intake is greater than that of the heat conduction channel adjacent to the inlet. The fan is spatially corresponding to the inlet, and assembled with the frame to form an outlet in communication with the airflow intake and the heat conduction channel through the inlet.

    Abstract: A bicycle disk brake pad and a method for making the same are provided. The bicycle disk brake pad includes a heat dissipation member and a friction member provided with a stainless steel substrate and a friction pad attached to the substrate by sintering. The heat dissipation member is made of aluminum alloy-stainless steel clad metal plate while a joined plate of the heat dissipation member is directly formed by stainless steel sheet of the aluminum alloy-stainless steel clad metal plate. Then the substrate and the joined plate are connected by laser welding. The substrate of the friction member and the joined plate of the heat dissipation member both made of stainless steel prevent the disk brake pad from deformation at high temperature due to reliable structural strength provided by the stainless steel. Aluminum alloy with excellent thermal conductivity helps dissipate heat from the disk brake pad more effectively.
