In this way, a low-voltage withstanding capacitor with a large capacitance can be achieved in the power supply circuit by switching out the capacitor when the power supply bus voltage is high and switching in the capacitor to assist in power supply when the power supply bus voltage is low.

The first PUCCH resource is associated with transmission of first UCI.
