  • Publication number: 20180302459
Abstract: Various embodiments concern communication platforms that can integrate electronic resources distributed amongst various sources by tagging metadata associated with each of the electronic resources, thereby making the electronic resources readily searchable from a messaging interface using a single search architecture. The messaging interface can be used by users to communicate with one another. In some embodiments, the communication platform performs a search based on characters as they are entered into the text field of the messaging interface. This search across various heterogeneous sources enables the communication platform to identify a reference to an electronic resource the sender of a message wishes to insert within the message. Recipients of the message may be able to access the electronic resource directly from the messaging interface.

  • Publication number: 20180197072
Abstract: The system obtains a set of tickets representing customer requests generated by a customer-support ticketing system. Next, the system feeds words from each ticket through a model to generate a request vector for the ticket, wherein the request vector comprises numerical values representing words in the ticket. The system then embeds the request vectors in a vector space. If help center articles already exist, the system embeds article vectors for the existing help center articles in the vector space. Next, the system identifies clusters of request vectors, which are within a pre-specified distance of each other in the vector space. If an identified cluster is more than a pre-specified distance away from a closest article vector in the vector space, the system notifies a content creator that a new article needs to be written, or an existing article needs to be updated, to cover the identified cluster.

  • Patent number: 10015899
Abstract: A process variable transmitter for use in an industrial process includes a housing having a cavity formed therein. The housing has a barrier which divides the cavity into first and second cavities. Preferably, measurement circuitry in the first cavity is configured to measure a process variable of the industrial process. A terminal block assembly is positioned in the second cavity. The terminal block assembly forms a seal with the housing thereby forming a third cavity between the barrier and a circuit board of the terminal block assembly.

  • Patent number: 9981533
Abstract: A liftgate/decklid assembly for a motor vehicle includes a liftgate panel hingedly connected to the vehicle to define a liftgate swing arc. A decklid panel is hingedly connected to the liftgate panel to define a decklid swing arc. The decklid and liftgate panels are not aligned, causing the decklid swing arc to be different from the liftgate swing arc. The assembly further includes a liftgate/decklid assembly closure mechanism including an articulating striker configured for translation between a first orientation and a second orientation. The first orientation is normal to the liftgate swing arc and the second orientation is normal to the decklid swing arc.

  • Patent number: 9942362
Abstract: Client requests for electronic files (e.g., requests for download from a website) can be leveraged by augmenting the electronic files with unique identifiers and/or enriching (e.g., dynamic) content, and tracking distribution or usage of the files based on network requests associated with the electronic files, such as attempts to upload a previously downloaded file or content requests originating from links included in the augmented electronic files.

  • Publication number: 20180088763
Abstract: Disclosed are examples of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for causing re-sizing of items in a user interface of a web browser-based application. A bounding window of a web browser comprising a presentation of items can be caused to be displayed in a user interface on a display of a device. First keyboard input from a user interacting with a first item can be processed. A first edge of a first item can be caused to be transformed to a re-configurable state. Second keyboard input from the user interacting with the first item can be processed. A size of the first item can be caused to be changed by causing the first edge to move from a first relative position to a second relative position with respect to the other items displayed in the user interface.

The seat base is moveable between extended and retracted positions as supported on a support roller by a guide rail disposed on an underside of the seat base. The guide rail includes a first support surface disposed at a first height, and a second support surface is disposed at a second height that is greater than the first height of the first support surface with a ramped portion disposed therebetween. The seat base is supported at the first support surface in the retracted position, and supported at the second support surface in the extended position. A seatback is coupled to a rear wall and is operable between upright and reclined positions. In the reclined position, the seatback is moved downward and away from the rear wall.

  • Patent number: 9916712
Abstract: In an apparatus for checking sheet material a plurality of sensors is arranged along a sensor path along which the sheet material is transported. The sensors each have two components, which are arranged at opposite sides of the bank note transport path. For the functioning of many sensors it is necessary that the opposing sensor components are exactly aligned to each other. So as to achieve that the alignment of the sensor components arranged opposite each other is set with high accuracy and reproducible, the relative position of the sensor components opposing each other is defined by means of docking elements.
