    Abstract: A receptacle connector includes an insulating housing with a plurality of openings apart opened in a front face thereof. A terminal group includes a ground terminal embedded in the insulating housing. The terminal group has a plurality of contact slices molded in the insulating housing and exposed through the openings respectively, and a plurality of touching arms elastically stretching outside the insulating housing. At least one connecting member is molded in the insulating housing to electrically connect with the ground terminal, and has a connecting slice exposed outside and abreast with the front face of the insulating housing. A metal shell is mounted to the front face of the insulating housing and point welded with the connecting slice. A window is opened in the metal shell and located to face the openings for further exposing the contact slices therethrough. A waterproof washer is sealed around the metal shell.

So the card connector forms a structure combining a juxtaposition arrangement and a stratiform arrangement for the receiving rooms to reduce the space occupied by the card connector on an external circuit board.     Abstract: A method for forming an embedded capacitor structure is provided. Firstly, a first dielectric layer having a trench therein on a substrate is provided. A capacitor structure is formed on the bottom surface of the trench. The capacitor structure includes a first metal layer, a capacitance-insulating layer and a second metal layer and the portion surface of the first metal layer on the bottom surface of the trench is exposed. A cap layer is formed on the top surface and the inner surface of the trench and on the capacitor structure. A second dielectric layer is formed on the cap layer. The portion of second dielectric layer and the portion of the cap layer are removed to form a plurality of contact windows therein, and the portion surface of the first metal layer and the portion surface of the second metal layer are exposed by the plurality of contact windows.

The inner metal shell is pressed to form a plurality of holding blocks and two holes. The sealing plate includes a connecting plate and two closing plates for covering the corresponding hole. The outer insulating housing is integrally formed with the inner insulating housing, the electrical contacts, the inner metal shell and the sealing plate by insert molding. The waterproof rubber ring encompasses a front end of the inner metal shell. The outer insulating housing can seal off the gaps between the sealing plate and the inner metal shell, and between the inner insulating housing and the inner metal shell. The present waterproof connector can satisfy the waterproof demand by the waterproof rubber ring.

    Abstract: In a fan noise canceling system, a feedforward signal generated when a fan speed change occurs and a feedback signal read by a sensor are sent to a signal amplifying unit for signal amplification, and the amplified signals are then sent to a signal converting unit for converting into a digital signal. A hybrid controller receives and corrects the digital signals sent thereto, and conducts rapid convergence algorithm to derive a reverse digital signal. The reverse digital signal is sent back to the signal converting unit for converting into a reverse analog signal, which is then sent to the signal amplifying unit for power amplification and generating a control signal to drive a loudspeaker to produce a reverse acoustic wave, which cancels out wave of fan noise to effectively reduce fan noise without adversely affecting the heat dissipation effect of the fan.

    Abstract: A bulb structure of assembling-type car lamp includes a lamp housing and a bulb unit. The bulb unit includes a mounting base, a bulb holder, and a bulb. The mounting base includes electric pins, a forward raised seat, and a rearward protruded annular ring portion. The annular ring portion is externally provided with anti-slip ribs to facilitate easy turning and assembling of the bulb unit to the lamp housing. The bulb holder includes a holding seat and an adjusting seat connected to the mounting base and the bulb, respectively; and the bulb is electrically connected to the electric pins. By adjusting the adjusting seat relative to the holding seat, the bulb can be adjusted in position and focal length. A cover plate is closed to a rear open end of the annular ring portion to isolate joints of the bulb and the electric pins from external air, dust and water.
