Abstract: A method for searching a signal source suitable for a multimedia apparatus with multiple signal terminals is disclosed. The method provides an ordered search list of the signal terminals to save the search sequence of the signal terminals. The multimedia apparatus sequentially detects the signal terminals according to the ordered search list of the signal terminals to identify whether an input signal is available. When a specific signal terminal of the signal terminals is found to have an input signal, the sequence of the specific signal terminal in the ordered search list of the signal terminals is set as the first sequence position.

Abstract: A riveting unit is assembled with an electric rivet gun, including a transmission unit, a clamping jaw having a locating portion driven by the transmission unit to be moveable between a first position and a second position, a first sensor detecting whether the locating portion of the clamping jaw is located at the first position, and a second sensor detecting whether the locating portion of the clamping jaw is located at the second position. When the locating portion of the clamping jaw is located at the first position, a blind rivet can be installed in the clamping jaw, and when the locating portion of the clamping jaw is located at the second position, the blind rivet can be ejected, and meanwhile the second sensor can allow the transmission unit to stop the movement of the clamping jaw, thereby preventing the clamping jaw from moving backwards excessively.

The processing unit obtains at least one first waveform from the storage unit, and writes the first waveform to the ballast via the first interface. The processing unit transmits an illumination signal to the ballast via the first interface, such that the ballast controls the illumination of the lamp according to the first waveform.

Abstract: A color adjusting method is applied to a projector. The projector has a light emitting element and a color wheel. The light emitting element supplies light, and makes the light pass through the color wheel so as to generate a plurality of different color lights. These different color lights are used to form a color image. The color adjusting method includes the steps of providing a plurality of driving waveforms which is dynamically switched for driving the light emitting element; defining a major color light of the color image, which is selected from the different color lights; and switching to one of these driving waveforms when the major color light is generated by the light passing through the color wheel. Thus, the light energy of the major color light is enhanced by means of driving the light emitting element through the switched driving waveform.
