Abstract: An improved air faucet allows an air mattress to be squeezed and deflated without sucking air during air discharging process. The air faucet includes an air duct coupled to a base seat. The air duct has an external screw section formed on a middle section to engage with an internal screw section of a valve cap. The air duct has an air inlet. The valve cap has air apertures formed on a top end and a jutting strut extending downwards in the center. The jutting strut has an indented recess formed at the bottom end and an opening in the center for holding a control valve. The control valve couples with a spring and has a bottom end fastened to a valve cock. The valve cap and air duct may be engaged in various manners to control the communication or sealing between the air apertures of the valve cap and air inlet of the air duct.

  • Patent number: 5927385
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cooling device for the CPU of computer, which is die-casting organic whole, basing on a base plate there is a set of radial radiating fins, the feature of the present invention is to build a raised heat block, lower than the radial radiating fins, upon the center of the radial radiating fins, and several equiangular guide radiation ribs are formed on the topside of the heat block laying from the center to the rim. In practising, the heat block absorbs more heat and by means of the guide radiation ribs lead and force splitting the strong cool air flow into branch currents through the radial radiating fins speedily to increase the efficiency of heat exchange.

  • Patent number: 5876220
Abstract: An electrical connector for horizontal insertion of a CPU module therein includes a connector body and a multiplicity of terminals fitted in the connector body. The connector body has a longitudinal insert slot for receiving a CPU module. The terminals form elastic contact ends at their outer ends for clamping a contact surface of a circuit board which have its two ends respectively fit into the grooves of a locking device of the connector body. Screws may be driven into through holes of the locking device to secure the connector body horizontally at the side of the circuit board for horizontal insertion of the CPU module into the insert slot of the connector body.

  • Patent number: 5779507
Abstract: A terminal device has right and left terminals adjacent one another and punched from a conductive sheet. The right and left terminals are connected to a common positioning strip and all are planar and lie in a common plane. Each of the right and left terminals have inner and outer insert posts, connected at first ends to the positioning strip, a mounting plate portion connected at a lower edge thereof to second ends of the inner and outer insert posts, and a contact member extending from an upper edge of the mounting plate portion. The contact members each have a biasing ring connecting a contact portion to the upper edge of the mounting plate portion. The biasing ring biases the contact portion into a reception channel between the right and left terminals to make electrical contact with a corresponding mating connector terminal.

  • Patent number: 5766031
Abstract: An electrical connector with fasteners includes an electrical connector body and two fasteners respectively pivotally disposed at the end of the electrical connector body. The fasteners each has a fastener body having a locking rim and an urging rim respectively at the upper edge and lower edge of its inner side. When a CPU module is inserted into an insert slot of the electrical connector body, a lateral bottom edge of the CPU module may urge against the urging rim so that the locking rim turns and engages a retain slot of the CPU module to firmly lock the CPU module in place. The electrical connector body is provided with a recess of a relatively large space for the movement of the inner bottom side of the fastener body. Both sides of the bottom of the urging rim of the fastener body are respectively provided with two stop blocks each having a slanting surface and an upright wall surface.

  • Patent number: 5722839
Abstract: An electrical connector for horizontal insertion of a CPU module therein includes a connector body and a terminal positioning plate. The connector body has a longitudinal insert slot for receiving a CPU module. An insert post is disposed at either end of an outer side opposite to the insert slot for securing each end of the terminal positioning plate. The terminal positioning plate is vertically secured at one lateral side of the outer side of the connector body and provided with a multiplicity of through holes corresponding to a multiplicity of terminals. The insert ends of the terminals extending from the connector body bend through 90 degrees and then pass through the through holes, securing the connector body on a circuit board in a horizontal position, thus the connector body may have its insert slot orient towards the side to allow the CPU module to be horizontally inserted therein.
