    Abstract: A binocular scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) is used to track the fixational eye movement of each of the eyes of a subject. The binocular SLO may include right eye optics for imaging a portion of the retina of the right eye and left eye optics for imaging a portion of the retina of the left eye. Shifts in the imaged portion of the retina with respect to a reference image of the retina may be used to measure and track eye movement. The right eye optics and left eye optics may be separate imaging paths, each with its own bi-directional MEMS scanning mirror and Keplerian telescope. The use of the MEMS scanning mirrors minimizes the size and weight of the binocular SLO.

    Abstract: This application provides a network node selection method and apparatus. An SMF network element obtains transmission capability information of an access network device, and selects, for a terminal device based on the transmission capability information of the access network device, a UPF network element that supports at least one transmission capability included in the transmission capability information. In this process, the SMF network element obtains a transmission capability of the access network device, and selects the UPF network element based on the transmission capability of the access network device. The selected UPF network element supports the transmission capability used by the access network device, so that data can be successfully transmitted between the access network device and the UPF network element. Therefore, a data transmission success rate is improved.

    Abstract: Various embodiments provide a packet transmission method and an apparatus. In those embodiments, a first device supports a first protocol layer, and replicates a packet at the first protocol layer. A second device supports a second protocol layer, and deduplicates the packet at the second protocol layer. When receiving a first packet, a first access device converts a sequence number of the first protocol layer in the first packet into a sequence number of the second protocol layer, and then sends, to the second device, a second packet that carries the sequence number of the second protocol layer and a data packet of the first packet. For example, if the first access network device receives two packets having same data packets, the first access network device separately coverts sequence numbers in the two packets without performing operations of first deduplicating and then replicating the packet.
