  • Publication number: 20200106012
Abstract: Exemplary methods of forming a nickel-containing film may include simultaneously flowing a nickel-containing precursor and an oxygen-containing precursor into a semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include forming a first layer of a nickel-and-oxygen-containing film overlying a substrate housed within the semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include halting the simultaneous flow. The methods may include flowing a first precursor selected from the nickel-containing precursor and the oxygen-containing precursor into the semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include flowing a second precursor selected from the nickel-containing precursor and the oxygen-containing precursor into the semiconductor processing chamber. The second precursor may be different from the first precursor. The methods may also include forming a second layer of the nickel-and-oxygen-containing film overlying the first layer of the nickel-and-oxygen-containing film.

  • Publication number: 20200099543
Abstract: Techniques for connecting networks to facilitate distribution of data are described. For example, to distribute multicast data to members of a multicast group that span multiple networks, the techniques may identify a path between networks that each have a member of the multicast group, such as a shortest path between networks. The techniques may inform the networks on the path to establish a connection with an adjacent network. This may allow multicast data for a multicast group to be distributed to members of the multicast group that are located in separate networks.

  • Publication number: 20200099616
Abstract: Source routing techniques include sending data across several networks, while limiting source routing overhead. For example, the source routing techniques may use a first address format to route data to nodes along a routing path that are within a first network where a source node is located, and use a second address format to route the data to a node along the routing path that is within a second, different network. The node in the second network may similarly route the data through the second network using the first address format for nodes within the second network and, if needed, route the data to a node within a third network using the second address format. This may be repeated for any number of networks to reach a destination.

  • Publication number: 20200090924
Abstract: Methods of depositing films are described. Specifically, methods of depositing metal oxide films are described. A metal oxide film is selectively deposited on a metal layer relative to a dielectric layer by exposing a substrate to an organometallic precursor followed by exposure to an oxidant.

  • Publication number: 20200069265
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an x-ray imaging method using a variable imaging plane projection and to an x-ray imaging device applying the same. By applying a variable imaging plane projection using at least two sets of scan data for different heights obtained while varying the height of the x-ray generator from an imaging object, it is possible to solve problems caused due to a magnification effect generated in the x-ray imaging field based on a fan-beam-type or cone-beam-type x-ray generator, thereby providing more accurate x-ray image information.

  • Patent number: 10571267
Abstract: An angular rate sensor. The sensor includes a Coriolis vibratory gyroscope (CVG) resonator, configured to oscillate in a first normal mode and in a second normal mode; a frequency reference configured to generate a reference signal; and a first phase control circuit. The first phase control circuit is configured to: measure a first phase difference between: a first phase target, and the difference between: a phase of an oscillation of the first normal mode and a phase of the reference signal. The first phase control circuit is further configured to apply a first phase correction signal to the CVG resonator, to reduce the first phase difference. A second phase control circuit is similarly configured to apply a second phase correction signal to the CVG resonator, to reduce a corresponding, second phase difference.

  • Patent number: 10567294
Abstract: Techniques for controlling packet transmission levels in a multi-hop network may be performed in a distributed manner. Load-control functionality may be distributed among a plurality of nodes within a network, allowing such nodes to send feedback to upstream nodes, and receive feedback from downstream nodes. In an example, received packets are measured, such as by summing sizes of received packets over time, to determine a received traffic-level. Transmitted packets are measured, such as by summing sizes of transmitted packets over time, to determine a transmitted traffic-level. Feedback may be sent to at least one source of the received packets based at least in part on the received traffic-level and the transmitted traffic-level. The feedback may indicate a desired rate for the sender to transmit. A node may receive data from upstream node(s) and from an internal device, such as a metrology unit. Both data sources may be controlled by feedback.

  • Patent number: 10567997
Abstract: A new device is deployed to an area in which a network is provided. The new device may join the network using a single handshake via a neighboring device that is a member of the network and register with a network management system managing the network. If the network is overloaded or has limited bandwidth remaining, the network may refuse to admit the new device, or if the new device is isolated, may force some devices that are members of the network to leave or migrate from the network to allow the isolated device to join the network.

  • Publication number: 20200046493
Abstract: A heart valve prosthesis is provided having a self-expanding multi-level frame that supports a valve body comprising a skirt and plurality of coapting leaflets. The frame transitions between a contracted delivery configuration that enables percutaneous transluminal delivery, and an expanded deployed configuration having an asymmetric hourglass shape. The valve body skirt and leaflets are constructed so that the center of coaptation may be selected to reduce horizontal forces applied to the commissures of the valve, and to efficiently distribute and transmit forces along the leaflets and to the frame. Alternatively, the valve body may be used as a surgically implantable replacement valve prosthesis.

  • Patent number: 10491411
Abstract: Techniques for limiting forwarding of multicast communications are described herein. For example, the techniques intelligently forward data along paths of a network where members of a multicast group are located. As such, nodes that do not lead to members of the multicast group may be pruned from distribution of the data. This reduces network communications, ultimately conserving processing, communication, and/or battery resources of the nodes.
