    Abstract: A method of making a planar coil is disclosed in the present invention. First, a substrate having a trench is provided. Then, a barrier and a seed layer are formed on the substrate in sequence. An isolative layer is used for guiding a conductive material to flow into a lower portion of the trench such that accumulation of the conductive material at opening of the trench is prevented before the lower portion of the trench is completely filled up, thereby avoiding gap formation in the trench.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing light emitting diode packaging lens and packages made by using the method are disclosed in the present invention. By using electrophoretic deposition, one or more layers of phosphors are coated onto one surface of a cup which has a curved portion. The cup is used for the packaging lens. Thickness of phosphor layer can be controlled and distribution of phosphor particles is uniform. Therefore, light emitting diode packages with the lens can be a uniform light source.

The deinterlacer is coupled to the line buffer for selectively deinterlacing data in the line buffer. The scaler is coupled to the deinterlacer for selectively scaling data outputted from the deinterlacer. The memory interface unit is coupled to the line buffer for accessing an external memory.

    Abstract: A high-speed BiCMOS double sampling track-and-hold amplifier circuit, comprising an input buffer, two front-end switches, two sampling capacitors, two intermediate buffers, two feedback buffers, two back-end switches and an output buffer. The present invention forms a hold circuit featuring BiCMOS double sampling through the aforementioned components so as to reduce complexities in designing the sampling circuit and the output buffer within the BiCMOS track-and-hold amplifier circuit by means of double sampling, thereby increasing the effective sampling rate to two times. Additionally, the high-speed BiCMOS double sampling track-and-hold amplifier circuit according to the present invention further employs the linearization technology to enhance the linearity of the input buffer in the BiCMOS double sampling track-and-hold amplifier circuit in order to improve the dynamic response of the integral BiCMOS double sampling track-and-hold amplifier circuit.

The invention has advantages that can reduce modulation speed, undergo slight shock and be free from raster pinch effect.

The first silicon structure layer has a twistable rod and a first plane.
