    Abstract: A resonant amplitude grating mark has a periodic structure configured to scatter radiation incident on a surface plane of the alignment mark. The scattering is mainly by excitation of a resonant mode in the periodic structure parallel to the surface plane. The effective refractive indexes and lengths of portions of the periodic structure are configured to provide an optical path length of the unit cell in the direction of periodicity that equals an integer multiple of a wavelength present in the spectrum of the radiation. The effective refractive indexes and lengths of the portions are also configured to provide an optical path length of the second portion in the direction of periodicity that is equal to half of the wavelength present in the spectrum of the radiation.

While the virtual object remains proximate to the target surface, if the computing system detects a user-initiated snapping instruction, the computing system snaps the virtual object to the target surface. Potentially, after the virtual object is snapped to the target surface, the user may continue to manipulate (e.g., resize, reproportion, copy, slide, rotate, and so forth) that virtual object while maintaining the virtual object in contact with the target surface.

    Abstract: Anti-cytokine therapy has revolutionized immunological disease treatment, but is not always effective and subject to treatment resistance as the cytokine cascade is highly redundant and multiple cytokines are involved in inflammation. Targeting a critical common regulator of inflammatory effectors is desirable. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-responsive beige-like anchor (LRBA) is a master regulator of multiple genes important for inflammation. Subcellular localization shows that LRBA translocated to the nucleus upon LPS stimulation and colocalized with multiple proteins associated with the endosome membrane system, indicating a critical role in membrane/vesicle trafficking essential for deposition, secretion and signal transduction of immune effectors.
