  • Publication number: 20200319563
Abstract: A resonant amplitude grating mark has a periodic structure configured to scatter radiation incident on a surface plane of the alignment mark. The scattering is mainly by excitation of a resonant mode in the periodic structure parallel to the surface plane. The effective refractive indexes and lengths of portions of the periodic structure are configured to provide an optical path length of the unit cell in the direction of periodicity that equals an integer multiple of a wavelength present in the spectrum of the radiation. The effective refractive indexes and lengths of the portions are also configured to provide an optical path length of the second portion in the direction of periodicity that is equal to half of the wavelength present in the spectrum of the radiation.

  • Publication number: 20200286299
Abstract: Facilitating a virtual object contacting (or snapping to) a target surface (such as a virtual surface in a virtual reality environment, or a real surface in an augmented reality environment). A computing system detects a user-selection of a virtual object, and that the virtual object has moved proximate to a target surface. While the virtual object remains proximate to the target surface, if the computing system detects a user-initiated snapping instruction, the computing system snaps the virtual object to the target surface. Potentially, after the virtual object is snapped to the target surface, the user may continue to manipulate (e.g., resize, reproportion, copy, slide, rotate, and so forth) that virtual object while maintaining the virtual object in contact with the target surface.

  • Patent number: 10768772
Abstract: Techniques for context-aware recommendations of relevant presentation content are disclosed. In some configurations, the techniques involve the processing of contextual data from one or more resources to dynamically direct a presentation. A computing device can receive contextual data from one or more resources. The contextual data can be processed to select one or more sections of content data, e.g., a slide of a slide deck or a page of document. The computing device can then cause a display of the one or more sections on one or more devices. In some configurations, a hardware display surface can be configured to provide a real-world view of an object, e.g., a model or other item that may be related to the presentation, through the hardware display surface while also providing a display of the one or more sections of the presenter's material.

  • Publication number: 20200217994
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lens, a manufacturing method thereof, and a camera lens. The lens includes an optical portion for imaging and a fixing portion provided on an outer periphery of the optical portion, and a black matting film for matting is provided on an outer surface of the fixing portion. In the present disclosure, by providing the black matting film for matting on the outer surface of the fixing portion, i.e., by performing matting treatment on the lens, the fixing portion of the lens no longer reflects light. In this way, the lens have an improved matting effect, and thus the stray light can be avoided during the use of the camera lens containing the lens.
