Abstract: A bellows system includes a first bellows segment having a first end and a second end, the first bellows segment configured to elastically compress and expand. A first plate is coupled to the second end of the first bellows segment and a first sleeve is concentric with the first bellows segment, the first bellows segment disposed within the first sleeve. A second bellows segment has a third end and a fourth end. The second bellows segment is configured to elastically compress and expand, and the third end of the second bellows segment is coupled to the first plate. A second sleeve is coupled to the first plate. The second sleeve is concentric with the second bellows segment and the first sleeve, and the second bellows segment is disposed within the second sleeve. The second sleeve is configured to travel within the first sleeve.

Each of the first and second fibers are separated from each other and have a rectangular cross-section defined in part by an additional encapsulating polymer material that is separated from the first polymer material fibers and second polymer material fibers. The fibrous substrate has a pore size range of between about 0.1 ?m to about 0.4 ?m.

Abstract: A method and system for performing quick reply operations are disclosed. The method for quick reply operations includes displaying a text box; determining a display area of the text box; and receiving a user instruction. The method further includes determining whether the user instruction is a pull-down gesture in the display area of the text box; determining whether the pull-down gesture exceeds a threshold length; and displaying a quick reply text box. The method and system consistent with the present disclosure implement quick reply functions and improve the user experience for replying to various messages and postings.

Abstract: A mobility management node and a method in a mobility management node for reducing signalling caused by changes of location of a radio terminal, which mobility management node is configured to be operatively comprised by a wireless communication system and to operatively manage the mobility of the radio terminal and to operatively communicate with a gateway node acting as an interface between the system and an external network. The method comprises obtaining initial position information; obtaining boundary information indicating a boundary area wherein at least one of a policy or a charging rule is to be applied for the radio terminal; obtaining current position information; determining whether the radio terminal is inside or outside the boundary area; providing mobility information when the radio terminal is outside the boundary area and not providing mobility information to the gateway node when the radio terminal is inside the boundary area.

Abstract: A mechanism is provided for predicting video engagement from network measurements for a user device connected to a wireless network. Wireless network measurements are retrieved from a wireless network device in the wireless network. The wireless network measurements are related to the user device of a user. It is determined that the user device is engaged in a video streaming session. A computer classifies the video streaming session as one of a plurality of classes, in which the plurality of classes predict an outcome of the video streaming session for the user device.

Abstract: A method, a computer readable medium and an apparatus for optimizing a cellular network architecture are disclosed. For example, the method obtains network traffic data for a plurality of different endpoint device types, wherein the network traffic data comprises network traffic data for each of the plurality of different endpoint device types, and predicts a future traffic pattern for one of the plurality of different endpoint device types based on the network traffic data. The method then adjusts a parameter of the cellular network architecture in response to the future traffic pattern predicted for the one of the plurality of different endpoint device types.

Abstract: Techniques for sharing a cellular network connection amongst multiple devices over a local area network are provided that reduce cellular network load during crowded events. In an aspect, a devices is configure to perform operations that include scanning an area for another device that has established a first wireless cellular connection with a cellular network device of a cellular network and that enables an indirect connection of the device to the cellular network device via a direct connection of the device to the other device via a local network device. The operations further include, in response to identifying the other device as a result of the scanning, sending a request to the other device to connect to the other device via the local network device and to receive the indirect connection to the cellular network device.

Abstract: A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a coordinator device having a memory, and a controller. The memory can have computer instructions, which when executed by the controller, causes the controller to facilitate establishing a first virtual personal area network with a first sensor by executing computer instructions associated with a first application profile, and facilitate establishing a second virtual personal area network with a second sensor by executing computer instructions associated a second application profile. The first application profile can be defined by a first protocol specification, while the second application profile can be defined by a second protocol specification. Abstract: Provided are a resin composition for coating an engine piston and a method of fabricating the same. The resin composition contains carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as a reinforcement and is capable of providing a coated layer on at least a part of the engine piston, and the method includes adjusting a parameter expressed as a product of a weight ratio of CNTs in the resin composition and an average aspect ratio of CNTs, to control a coefficient of friction of the coated layer and viscosity of the resin composition.

The method includes receiving a resource application request sent by a first terminal, the resource application request including a quantity of required resources of the first terminal and a resource priority level (RPL) requested by the first terminal, and determining a quantity of initially configured resources of the first terminal according to the quantity of required resources. The method also includes performing resource scheduling and re-allocation according to a total quantity of available resources in a scheduling domain, quantities of initially configured resources of all terminals in the scheduling domain, and RPLs of all terminals in the scheduling domain, to obtain a quantity of re-configured resources of the first terminal, and allocating one or more resources to the first terminal according to the quantity of re-configured resources of the first terminal. An included angle of the two supporting feet and the radian of each arc-shaped coming can be adjusted by stirring the first adjusting pieces. The plurality of supporting members is sequentially spliced into one guardrail capable of being matched with the shape of an internally-arranged product, and the adjacent supporting members are movably connected through the corresponding shafts and shaft sleeves. Abstract: In example embodiments, a method of mitigating the effects of fraudulent usage of game accounts is disclosed. One or more values stored in one or more fields of a row of a database table maintained by the game networking system are received. The one or more fields correspond to features of a game account that are relevant to determining whether the game account is potentially being used fraudulently. Based on a combination of the one or more values transgressing a threshold value, it is determined that the game account is potentially being used fraudulently. At least some use of the potentially fraudulent game account is automatically locked to mitigate the effect of the potentially-fraudulent use.

The account used by the first user in the communication is obtained to initiate the communication with the first user. The account used is obtained in response to determining that the second user is allowed to communicate with the first user using the first identification.
