    Abstract: A memory device and its addressing method are disclosed. The memory block local control unit includes: at least one decoding unit, which performs redundant decoding or normal decoding to the input signal. The input of the decoding unit is coupled to the input module and the output is coupled to one of the memory units.     Abstract: A system for increasing the extraction of an active ingredient includes a vacuum quick-dissolving tank, a mixer, a solid-liquid separator, and a homogenizer. The vacuum quick-dissolving tank receives a sample. The mixer is connected to the vacuum quick-dissolving tank, and provides an aqueous solvent to be mixed with the sample. Heating, cooling, stirring, and vacuuming in the vacuum quick-dissolving tank make the sample dissolve and emulsify repeatedly between the vacuum quick-dissolving tank and the mixer to produce a mixture, which is output by the vacuum quick-dissolving tank. The solid-liquid separator receives the mixture output from the vacuum quick-dissolving tank for solid-liquid separation, and outputs an isolated sample liquid. The homogenizer receives the sample liquid output from the solid-liquid separator, performs high-pressure homogenization to obtain an extract liquid containing an active ingredient, and outputs the extract liquid.

The serial number of the storage position storing the batch of material according to the batch information is determined when a material-request is received and a transmission track is controlled to transfer the batches of material which having earliest recorded storage times one by one to the outlet, so as to release the batches of material from the storage position.

    Abstract: An etching device and method of inductively coupled plasma. The etching device of inductively coupled plasma includes an etching chamber, an excitation radio-frequency power supply, and a first bias radio-frequency power supply, and further includes a second bias radio-frequency power supply. The frequency of the second bias radio-frequency power supply is significantly lower than that of the first bias radio-frequency power supply. The etching rate and angle are controllable by means of the process of controlling distribution of ion energy by adjusting the radio-frequency bias of different frequencies, so as to adjust etching. In addition, since the mean free path of ions is larger, and the power utilization rate of etching is higher at the low pressure and low bias radio-frequency frequencies, rapid etching is achieved at relatively low power to implement green and energy-saving processing. The disclosure is applicable to the etching of magnetic tunnel junctions.

The scattering is mainly by excitation of a resonant mode in the periodic structure parallel to the surface plane. The effective refractive indexes and lengths of portions of the periodic structure are configured to provide an optical path length of the unit cell in the direction of periodicity that equals an integer multiple of a wavelength present in the spectrum of the radiation. The effective refractive indexes and lengths of the portions are also configured to provide an optical path length of the second portion in the direction of periodicity that is equal to half of the wavelength present in the spectrum of the radiation.
