    Abstract: A storage device includes a storage circuit, a reading circuit, a first check circuit, and a second check circuit. The storage circuit includes a plurality of sense amplifier arrays and a plurality of storage unit arrays which are arranged alternately. A first data wire is electrically connected to each of the sense amplifier arrays. The reading circuit is configured to read data on the first data wire. Both the first check circuit and the second check circuit are electrically connected to the reading circuit. The reading circuit is configured to transmit a part of the read data to the first check circuit for error checking and/or correcting, and transmit another part of the read data to the second check circuit for error checking and/or correcting. The data transmitted to the first check circuit and the data transmitted to the second check circuit are respectively from adjacent sense amplifier arrays.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a thermally insulating aerogel vacuum composite panel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) mixing TEOS solution and a metal particle, adding a hydrophobic agent, mixing, adding ammonium trifluoroacetate solution dropwise until completely gelating to obtain a metal aerogel precursor; (2) adding the metal aerogel precursor into an acid replacement solution for replacement for 1-24 h to obtain a gel; (3) washing the gel with deionized water to obtain a neutral gel; (4) soaking the neutral gel obtained in step (3) in a first organic resin solvent; (5) pouring the neutral gel into a substrate with honeycomb structure, and aging for re-gelating to obtain a modified panel; (6) drying the modified panel to obtain a honeycomb panel; and (7) aging the honeycomb panel at room temperature for 1-24 h to obtain the vacuum composite panel.

    Abstract: A chemical synthesis platform based on a particularly simple chip is described herein, where reactions take place atop a hydrophobic substrate patterned with a circular hydrophilic liquid trap. The overall supporting hardware (heater, rotating carousel of reagent dispensers, etc.) can be packaged into a very compact format (about the size of a coffee cup). We demonstrate the consistent synthesis of [18F]fallypride with high yield, and show that protocols optimized using a high-throughput optimization platform we have developed can be readily translated to this device with no changes or reoptimization.

    Abstract: A method of performing high-throughput radio thin layer chromatography (radio-TLC) includes spotting a plurality of locations on one or more TLC plates with samples containing a radiochemical or a radiopharmaceutical, each location defining an individual lane on the one or more TLC plates for the respective samples. The one or more TLC plates are developed with a developing solution and dried. The TLC plates are imaged with an imaging device comprising a camera, wherein the image obtained from the camera comprises a field of view that contains regions of interest (ROIs) from the plurality of lanes. The ROIs in the images obtained from the camera may then be analyzed by the user. The ROIs may be used, for example, reaction optimization or for quality control check of the production of radiotracers.
