    Abstract: A thrombelastography device, a heating apparatus, a blood coagulation analysis system, and a rotational angle measurement method are disclosed. The thrombelastography device consists of a plurality of thrombelastography device splits (2) that are horizontally arranged in parallel. The thrombelastography device split (2) comprises a worktable (4), a rack (5), a test bar (6), a tester (8), and a processor (9). The thrombelastography device overcomes the defect in the prior art that the measurement result of a thrombelastography device is inaccurate. The amount of reflected light is used as a reference for thrombelastographic evaluation, and thus the result is more accurate.

    Abstract: An LLC resonant converter includes a switching circuit for converting a DC voltage into switching signal, a resonant tank coupled to the switching circuit to receive the switching signal and to provide a primary current, a transformer circuit coupled to the resonant tank. The transformer circuit includes a plurality of separated transformers, each has a primary side and a secondary side windings disposed on the PCB, where the primary side winding of each transformer can be selected to couple in series or in parallel with the primary side winding of other transformers to form a dynamically varied equivalent primary side winding, maintaining the turns ratio to fine-tune the resonant tank. The gain curve of the LLC converter can be adjusted by electrically coupling an external excitation inductor, a resonant capacitor or a resonant inductor to the resonant tank, according to the demand of output current.

The method comprises the following steps: constructing an optical rotation measurement system based on a pulsed laser beam for measuring an optical rotation image and a shadow image; processing the optical rotation image and the shadow image, and obtaining a distribution of proportional coefficients based on alight intensity distribution; obtaining a distribution of rotation angles based on a mapping relationship between the proportional coefficients and the rotation angles; constructing an interference measurement system based on the pulsed laser beam, and measuring a phase shift of an interference image; calculating a distribution of electron areal densities based on the phase shift in the interference image; obtaining a two-dimensional distribution of an average magnetic field based on the rotation angles and the electron areal densities.

    Abstract: The invention provides a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain for producing a human milk lipid substitute. By integrating a heterologous lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase into Saccharomyces cerevisiae and knocking out its own natural lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase, the content of palmitic acid (C16:0) at Sn-2 position of triacylglycerol produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae is increased, to synthesize a human milk lipid substitute. On this basis, a metabolic pathway related gene is knocked out, to further increase the content of human milk lipid substitute in the product. In the present invention, a human milk lipid substitute is de novo synthesized by Saccharomyces cerevisiae for the first time, in which the total fatty acid is 15% or more, and the relative content of C16:0 at Sn-2 position reaches about 60%.

    Abstract: An active fault-tolerant temperature control method for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell system is disclosed. Firstly, a model of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell temperature control system is established, and a system structure matrix is established according to the model by structural analysis. The system structure matrix is decomposed by using a Dulmage-Mendelsohn method, a redundant part of the model is obtained, and a system residual is constructed to reflect faults of the temperature control system. On the basis of fault identification, sliding-mode-based active fault-tolerant control is designed to accurately control an outlet temperature of a stack. The new method solves the problem of sensor failure of a temperature control model of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell system during operation, and applies model-based fault-tolerant control to temperature control, so that the reliability and durability of the fuel cell system can be effectively improved.
