The capping layer includes a first sub-capping layer disposed on the light emitting element and a second sub-capping layer disposed between the first sub-capping layer and the inorganic layer, and a refractive index of the second sub-capping layer is greater than a refractive index of the inorganic layer and smaller than a refractive index of the first sub-capping layer.

The case may be fixed to the first body, and the rails may be fixed to the second body.
