    Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for detecting a crack in a small-bore piping system. The apparatus includes a sensor unit, a bobbin coil, a power supply unit, and a signal reception unit. The sensor unit is configured such that a plurality of magnetic sensors is arranged thereon and formed to be cylindrical. The bobbin coil is wound around the outside surface of the sensor unit. The power supply unit applies direct current (DC) power to the sensor unit and alternating current (AC) power to the bobbin coil. The signal reception unit quantifies a signal from the sensor unit. The sensor unit detects the distribution of a magnetic-field attributable to the crack in the small-bore piping system based on the AC power applied to the bobbin coil.

In the background model establishing step, a plurality of brightness weight values are firstly provided in accordance with the brightness of background pixels, wherein each of the brightness weight values is determined in accordance with the relative background pixel. Thereafter, the background brightness reference values are calculated based on the brightness of the background pixels and the brightness weight values. In addition, a computer can perform the motion object detection method after reading the computer-readable storage medium.

In operating, when a DJ's fingers slightly touch the turntable, the sensing plate will sense charge variation on the turntable and actuate the control plate to control corresponding sound effect. By detecting the variation of charge on the turntable for controlling sound effect, the mode of touching the turntable of this invention for producing sound effect is like that of conventionally controlling a vinyl record for controlling sound effect, getting rid of conventional defect of producing wrong sound effect due to assembly errors.

    Abstract: A juicer having safety mechanism with its handle is disclosed, where the handle is used to buckle its cover. A contact switch is fixed in the body of the juicer and connected in series with a starting circuit of the juicer motor. As the handle buckles the cover, a moving element with a through hole is forced to move down, which enables the through hole to be aligned with a contact member of the contact switch. During the handle buckling the cover, the prop pillar is held to pass through the through hole of the moving element to reach the contact member of the contact switch for turning on the contact switch. On the other hand, if either the cover or the handle is not in place, the contact switch is in power disconnection. Accordingly, the objective of the safety protection can be truly fulfilled.
