  • Publication number: 20250258282
Abstract: A time-of-flight (TOF) system includes a driver driving a VCSEL-array to emit light, a reference array receiving a reference light-signal, and a return array receiving emitted light that reflects off a target. Reference readout circuitry reads out the reference array. Return readout circuitry reads out the return array. A first buffer-driver buffers a base timing-reference to produce a first timing-reference. A second buffer-driver buffers the first timing-reference to produce a second timing-reference. Calibration circuitry takes a first TOF-measurement using the return readout circuitry when it is clocked by the first timing-reference, takes a second time of flight measurement using the return readout circuitry when it is clocked by the second timing-reference, and compensates for an offset between TOF taken by the return readout circuitry and the reference readout circuitry during normal operation based on the first and second TOF-measurements.

  • Publication number: 20250259679
Abstract: A memory array comprising strings of memory cells comprises laterally-spaced memory blocks individually comprising a vertical stack comprising alternating insulative tiers and conductive tiers directly above a conductor tier. Strings of memory cells comprise channel-material strings that extend through the insulative tiers and the conductive tiers. The channel-material strings directly electrically couple to conductor material of the conductor tier. Below the stack, an insulating tier is directly above the conductor tier and a metal-material tier is directly above the insulating tier. Conductive rings extend through the metal-material tier and the insulating tier to conductor material of the conductor tier. The conductive rings individually are around individual horizontal locations directly above which are individual of the channel-material strings. The channel-material strings directly electrically couple to the conductor material of the conductor tier through the insulating tier by the conductive rings.

  • Publication number: 20250259507
Abstract: A method of identifying characteristics of wagers available on individual actions of a sporting event that are highly correlated with a user's history of wagers made and wagers viewed or has preselected specific wager options to be notified about. The user interacts with a betting platform through a mobile application that displays all of the live actions available to be wagered upon, and the odds of those wagers. The user's interaction with the application is recorded, along with their wagering decision, wagering amount, and a plurality of action characteristics, such as teams involved, down and distance, weather, etc., and examined for correlations. As the betting platform receives a new live action available to be wagered on, it compares the characteristics of the new action to the user's history and will notify the user of the new action if it is highly correlated with their past interest.
