    Abstract: A method includes generating a three-dimensional (3D) surface map associated with a patient from a patient sensor, generating a 3D patient space from the 3D surface map associated with the patient, determining a current pose associated with the patient based on the 3D surface map associated with the patient, comparing the current pose with a desired pose associated with the patient with respect to an imaging system, determining a recommended movement based on the comparison between the current pose and the desired pose, and providing an indication of the recommended movement. The desired pose facilitates imaging of an anatomical feature of the patient by the imaging system and the recommended movement may reposition the patient in the desired pose.

    Abstract: Compositions of the present disclosure include a first dCas9-FokI-sgRNA complex and a second dCas9-FokI-sgRNA complex. The first sgRNA is configured to target a first side of a genomic fusion site and the second sgRNA is configured to target a second side of the genomic fusion site. The first and second complexes only cut DNA upon dimerization. Thus, upon binding of both first dCas9-FokI-sgRNA complex and second dCas9-FokI-sgRNA complex, the dimer is produced and DNA cleavage proceeds at the genomic fusion site. The dCas9-FokI-sgRNA complexes are loaded on a folded-DNA shell for transport across the cellular membrane. The shell has a viral-mimic structure that maximizes cell entry, is non-cytotoxic, has low-to-nonimmunogenicity, and provides excellent capacity to enclose and protect the complexes. These systems exhibit both cellular (via the shell) and molecular (via the complexes) specificity, significantly reducing off-target activity and the associated harmful side-effects.

    Abstract: Entity resolution techniques for matching entity records from different data sources are provided. In one technique, an entity record from a source database is identified along with multiple data items included therein. Each data item corresponds to an attribute of multiple source attributes. For one of the data items that corresponds to a first source attribute, multiple target attributes are identified. A first query is generated that includes the data items and associates the data item with each of the multiple target attributes. A second query that is different than the first query is also generated. Two searches are performed of a target database: one based on the first query and the other based on the second query. A scoring model generates multiple scores, one for each search result. It is determined whether the entity record matches an entity record in the target database based on the set of scores.

The computing system also inserts, responsive to user input, a reference frame into the set of video frames. The reference frame can include reference color data from a user-specified modification to the target region. The computing system can use the reference color data and the interpolated motion to update color data in the target region across set of video frames.
