  • Publication number: 20230334583
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for using data collected by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to generate insurance claim estimates that an insured individual may quickly review, approve, or modify. When an insurance-related event occurs, such as a vehicle collision, crash, or disaster, one or more UAVs are dispatched to the scene of the event to collect various data, including data related to vehicle or real property (insured asset) damage. With the insured's permission or consent, the data collected by the UAVs may then be analyzed to generate an estimated insurance claim for the insured. The estimated insurance claim may be sent to the insured individual, such as to their mobile device via wireless communication or data transmission, for subsequent review and approval. As a result, insurance claim handling and/or the online customer experience may be enhanced.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for performing assays, including general functional assays, on a biological cell. Also disclosed herein are methods of barcoding the 5? ends of RNA from a biological cell and methods of preparation of expression constructs from the barcoded RNA. The barcoded RNA can encode proteins of interest, such as B cell receptor (BCR) heavy and light chain sequences. The expression constructs can be generated individually or in a paired/multiplexed manner, allowing rapid re-expression of individual proteins or protein complexes.

  • Publication number: 20230325935
Abstract: Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) may facilitate insurance-related tasks. UAVs may actively be dispatched to an area surrounding a property, and collect data related to property. A location for an inspection of a property to be conducted by a UAV may be received, and one or more images depicting a view of the location may be displayed via a user interface. Additionally, a geofence boundary may be determined based on an area corresponding to a property boundary, where the geofence boundary represents a geospatial boundary in which to limit flight of the UAV. Furthermore, a navigation route may be determined which corresponds to the geofence boundary for inspection of the property by the UAV, the navigation route having waypoints, each waypoint indicating a location for the UAV to obtain drone data. The UAV may be directed around the property using the determined navigation route.

Abstract: Various control systems and methods for a working machine such as a compactor are disclosed. The control system can include any one or combination of components including a controller in communication with at least a steering system and a position sensor. The controller can be configured to: receive position data from the position sensor including during operator implemented steering of the compactor, save the position data to a memory, determine from the position data saved in the memory a possible intent by an operator to create a compaction area, generate a prompt on an operator interface to confirm an actual intent of the operator, and generate a compaction plan for autonomously steering the compactor to compact in the compaction area. The compaction plan can be based at least partially upon the operator implemented steering of the compactor. The controller can implement the compaction plan via autonomous steering.

  • Patent number: 11775878
Abstract: A computing device selects new test configurations for testing software. Software under test is executed with first test configurations to generate a test result for each test configuration. Each test configuration includes a value for each test parameter where each test parameter is an input to the software under test. A predictive model is trained using each test configuration of the first test configurations in association with the test result generated for each test configuration based on an objective function value. The predictive model is executed with second test configurations to predict the test result for each test configuration of the second test configurations. Test configurations are selected from the second test configurations based on the predicted test results to define third test configurations. The software under test is executed with the defined third test configurations to generate the test result for each test configuration of the third test configurations.

  • Publication number: 20230244775
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to determining risk associated with automated authentication decisions for a multi-factor authentication scheme. In disclosed embodiments, a server system sends requests corresponding to factors in a current multi-factor authentication procedure to a mobile device. The system receives, from the mobile device, automatically generated responses for the factors, where the responses are automatically generated at the mobile device using a machine learning model based on a current set of parameters for the current procedure and a previous set of parameters for a prior procedure. Based on a current state of the mobile device received with the automatically generated responses and prior states of the mobile device stored at the server computer system, the system determines a risk score for the automatically generated responses.
