  • Patent number: 11018938
Abstract: A system receives one or more changes to a platform-independent declarative specification to generate a modified platform-independent declarative specification that captures various aspects for deploying a data center on a target cloud platform. The system facilitates auditing by generating a snapshot of each modified declarative specification. After compilation of the modified declarative specification to generate a platform-specific metadata representation of the data center, the system generates a unique identifier, and associates the generated snapshot of the modified declarative specification, the metadata representation of the data center, the provisioned cloud resources on the target cloud platform, and the deployed data center on the target cloud platform with the unique identifier.

  • Publication number: 20210129461
Abstract: A method and structure for processing a plurality of prepreg sheets includes a conveyor assembly having a first conveyor, a second conveyor, and a processing zone positioned between the first and second conveyors. In an implementation, a plurality of prepreg sheets are advanced from a plurality of material supply creels into the processing zone by a first conveyor and a second conveyor turning in opposite directions. Within the processing zone, a compressive pressure is applied to the prepreg sheets by first pressure plates attached to first conveyor and second pressure plates attached to the second conveyor. A thermoplastic within the prepreg sheets is melted within the processing zone by a heater to consolidate the prepreg sheets into a consolidated laminate.

  • Publication number: 20210056638
Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes creating a premiums escrow, with a zero balance, for a group of policyholders and managed using a distributed ledger and self-executing agreement. At a term beginning, the self-executing agreement receives premium payments sing cryptocurrency from each policyholder and allocates the premium payments to the premiums escrow. During the term the self-executing agreement receives a notification of an incident claim associated with a claimant policyholders. At a term end, the self-executing agreement receives payment instructions from the policyholders; pays, using cryptocurrency from the premiums escrow, the claimant an incident claim payment larger than the premium payment and determined according to the payment instructions; and distributes to the policyholders a rebate payment equal to or lower than the premium payment from the premiums escrow, which returns to a zero balance.
