  • Publication number: 20080025653
Abstract: The metallic mold 90 includes a product configuration portion 93 formed between an upper mold 91 and a lower mold 92. This product configuration portion 93 is composed so that a rolling element accommodating belt 50 formed by this product configuration portion 93 can include spacer portions interposed between balls adjacent to each other in an infinite circulating passage and also include connecting arm portions for connecting the spacer portions to each other and so that the balls can be aligned in the alignment direction in the infinite circulating passage. The upper mold 91 has a splitting structure. In this splitting structure, a splitting position BL is set at a position passing through a position 91t for forming an end portion on the outer circumferential side in the inner and outer circumferential direction of the infinite circulating passage of the spacer portions 51.

  • Publication number: 20080015813
Abstract: A pattern measurement apparatus includes a line profile creating unit for creating a line profile of a pattern formed on a sample by scanning with a charged particle beam, a derivative profile creating unit for creating a second derivative profile by differentiating twice the line profile, and an edge detecting unit for judging whether an edge in the pattern is a rising edge or a falling edge by use of two peak positions and two peak values appearing in the vicinity of an edge position of the pattern obtained from the second derivative profile. Assuming that the two peak positions appearing in the vicinity of the edge position of the pattern obtained from the second derivative profile are defined as X1 and X2, X2 being larger than X1, the edge detecting-unit judges that the edge is a rising edge when a signal amount in the peak position X1 is larger than a signal amount in the peak position X2.

  • Publication number: 20070284525
Abstract: A line-width measurement adjusting method, which is used when first and second electron beam intensity distributions for measuring a line width are produced from intensity distribution images of secondary electrons obtained respectively by scanning a first irradiation distance with an electron beam at first magnification, and by scanning a second irradiation distance with an electron beam at second magnification, includes the step of adjusting the second electron beam intensity distribution of the electron beam at the second magnification such that the second electron beam intensity distribution is equal to the first electron beam intensity distribution of the electron beam at first magnification. The second electron beam intensity distribution may be adjusted by increasing or decreasing a second irradiation distance when producing the electron beam intensity distribution.

  • Publication number: 20070025446
Abstract: The present invention relates to a data processing apparatus, a method and apparatus for encoding, a method and apparatus for decoding, and a program, that allow a reduction in an algorithm delay. An interpolator 51 produces interpolated PCM data by performing R-times oversampling on original PCM data. A frame encoder 54 fetches a predetermined number of samples of the oversampled data as one frame, encodes the oversampled data on a frame-by-frame basis, and outputs resultant encoded data. A frame decoder 55 decodes the encoded data on a frame-by-frame basis at a rate R times higher than a predetermined normal rate. A decimator 56 decimates data obtained as a result of the decoding such that the number of samples is reduced to 1/R of the number of sampled included in the original data. The present invention is applicable, for example, to an IP telephone system.
