    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of operating a terminal on which an application for an instant messaging service is installed, the method that displays a first user interface (UI) for switching an input mode in a chatting interface of a chatroom in which a user of the application is participating, based on whether the user is assigned an authority to emphasize a message in the chatroom, switches the input mode from a first mode which is a normal mode to a second mode for emphasizing a message, in response to a user input with respect to the first UI, emphasizes a message input in the second mode for a predetermined period in a predetermined manner, and cancels the emphasizing of the message input in the second mode, when the predetermined time elapses.

The IC includes a set of circuits to compute a dot product of (i) a first number of input values computed by other circuits of the IC and (ii) a set of predefined weight values, several of which are zero, with a weight value for each of the input values. The set of circuits includes (i) a dot product computation circuit to compute the dot product based on a second number of inputs and (ii) for each input value, at least two sets of wires for providing the input value to at least two of the dot product computation circuit inputs. The second number is less than the first number. Each input value with a corresponding weight value that is not equal to zero is provided to a different one of the dot product computation circuit inputs.

The zero voltage switching control device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a switch voltage detection unit which, when a first switch of an amplifier is turned on, detects a drain voltage and generates a switching voltage; an error amplification unit which receives the switching voltage as an input and amplifies an error by comparing the switching voltage with a reference voltage; a loop filter which receives an output voltage of the error amplification unit as an input, and outputs a control voltage; and a duty control unit which, according to the control voltage, controls a duty of a first switch driving signal so that the first switch undergoes zero voltage switching.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating an ultra-thin graphite film on a silicon carbide substrate includes the steps of: (A) providing a polyamic acid solution and a siloxane-containing coupling agent for polymerizing under an inert gas atmosphere to form a siloxane-coupling-group-containing polyamic acid solution; (B) performing a curing process after applying the siloxane-coupling-group-containing polyamic acid solution to a silicon carbide substrate; (C) placing the silicon carbide substrate in a graphite crucible before placing the graphite crucible in a reaction furnace to perform a carbonization process under an inert gas atmosphere; (D) subjecting the silicon carbide substrate to a graphitization process to obtain a graphite film, thereby make it possible to fabricate an ultra-thin graphite film of high-quality on the surface of silicon carbide in a lower graphitization temperature range.
