While the paper formed with the achromatic toner image is being conveyed through the achromatic convey path at a liner speed of equal to or faster than 15 mm/sec, the achromatic toner image is heated to a predetermined temperature, and is irradiated with achromatic light from the LED, and thus achromatized efficiently at a low energy consumption.
