  • Publication number: 20090053922
Abstract: A connector for a jack includes four contacts of first, second, third and fourth contacts each having a contact portion and a connection portion, and a housing, to exchange signals and to ascertain whether a plug connector has been inserted into the connector. The third contact substantially U-shaped in cross-section includes a contact piece having a first contact part adapted to contact the plug connector, and a spring piece having an elasticity facing to the contact piece and provided by forming a U-shaped slit in a part of the third contact at a location opposite to the contact piece. When the plug connector is inserted into the connector, the plug connector pushes the first contact part of the contact piece to cause the contact piece to be displaced to the spring piece so that the contact piece pushes the spring piece to cause the spring piece to be displaced toward the housing and at the same time the spring piece pushes the contact piece with each other with the aid of its elasticity.

  • Publication number: 20090047524
Abstract: An easy open end comprising a resin-coated metal plate obtained by coating a metal substrate with a polyester film via a primer, wherein the primer comprises an epoxy resin or a polyester resin and a resole-type phenol resin, and the resole-type phenol resin has 0.2 to 2.0 methylol groups per a benzene ring. The end can be lightly opened without causing defect at the time of opening the end by pushing in the end of a tab and cutting the score and, particularly, can be excellently opened at high temperatures without arousing the problem even in a state of being heated at high temperatures featuring excellent corrosion resistance, resistance against the content and retort resistance.

  • Publication number: 20080241448
Abstract: A resin-coated seamless can of the present invention is a resin-coated seamless can formed of a resin-coated metal sheet 1 which is produced by coating a polyester resin layer 3 containing polyethylene terephthalate onto a surface of a metal substrate 2, wherein the density of a polyester resin layer of a can inner surface side is set to equal to or more than 1.36 at a can barrel upper portion. Further, an infrared dichroic ratio (R1) of the polyester resin layer at the inner surface side of the can barrel portion which is expressed by a following formula (1) is set to equal to or more than 1.1. R1=Iw(?)/Iw(?) . . . (1). In the formula (1), Iw(?) indicates an infrared absorption intensity of 973 cm?1 with respect to polarized infrared rays perpendicular to the can height direction at the can barrel portion, and Iw(?) indicates an infrared absorption intensity of 973 cm?1 with respect to polarized infrared rays parallel to the can height direction at the can barrel portion.

  • Publication number: 20080182102
Abstract: A fluoropolymer resin coated member in which the fluoropolymer resin layer has been improved in wear resistance and peeling resistance. When the coated member is used to form a mold for polyester container molding, part of a polyester resin or an oligomer ingredient or additive contained in the polyester resin is prevented from depositing on the mold surface. And a polyester container with excellent luster and transparency can be manufactured. The fluoropolymer resin coated member (1) comprise a foundation (10) and a fluoropolymer resin layer (20) formed thereon, the foundation (10) having a surface roughness of 2 to 10 degree in Root-mean-square slope of profile, the amount of the fluoropolymer resin of the fluoropolymer resin layer (20) being 0.5-8.5 g/m2, and the surface roughness of the fluoropolymer resin layer being 5 degree or less in Root-mean-square slope of profile ?q2.

  • Patent number: 7400810
Abstract: A positioning of a plurality of optical fibers 11 is performed by a pair of position regulating members 12a and 12b. Then, the paired position regulating members 12a and 12b are moved along two guide members 13, 13 in such a manner as to have a predetermined distance therebetween. A ribbon support member 15 is placed between the paired position regulating members 12a and 12b in such a way as to support the optical fibers 11. The plurality of optical fibers 11 are held and fixed by the holding members 17a and 17b. Further, the plurality of optical fibers 11 put on the ribbon support member 15 are sandwiched by the ribbon support member 15 and the pressing tool 19 opposed thereto. In a terminal portion structure 110a of a ribbon fiber 10, terminal portions of optical fibers 102 are arranged horizontally in parallel, an adhesive tape is stuck onto at least one of upper and lower surfaces of at least the terminal portions.
