  • Publication number: 20210164128
Abstract: Methods, compositions and kits are provided herein for insertional modification of nucleic acids by, for example transposase-mediated covalent insertion of insertion sequence into a sample nucleic acid molecule. Using sequence of the insertion to direct amplification of adjacent nucleic acid sequence, and using bar codes to map amplified sequence to partitions, one can map sample nucleic acid sequence to single molecules of the nucleic acid sample that are derived directly from the sample nucleic acid molecule.

  • Publication number: 20200407241
Abstract: Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are destroyed by oxidation in supercritical conditions. PFAS in water can be concentrated and prepared for destruction in a pretreatment phase. Following annihilation of the PFAS in supercritical conditions to levels below 5 parts per trillion (ppt), the water effluent can be used to recover heat, returned to sub-critical conditions, and then released back into the environment.

  • Patent number: 10862141
Abstract: A multi-stack fuel cell system includes upper and lower housings defining interior chambers in corresponding upper and lower stacks of fuel cells are disposed. A heat exchanger assembly is fluidly coupled with the interior chambers. The heat exchanger assembly receives input fuel and/or input air from outside of the housings and receives outgoing fuel and/or outgoing air from the fuel cells. The heat exchanger assembly heats the input fuel and/or the input air, and/or cools the outgoing fuel and/or the outgoing air. The heat exchanger assembly may be disposed between the upper and lower housings. • Publication number: 20200128468
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for providing small cell backhaul are disclosed. A network node that acts as a gateway for a local communication network to a main communication network through a bonded link with the main communication network also provides a wireless communication module with a backhaul communication link to the main communication network through its bonded link. A switch module in the network node switches communication traffic between the local communication network, the wireless communication module and the bonded link to the main communication network. The network node may power the wireless communication module utilizing remote power provided by the main communication network, the local communication network, and/or a local source of power. Apparatus and methods for providing a transparent bonded link through a network access multiplexer are also disclosed, including management of the bonded link and of nodes subtending from the bonded link.
