  • Publication number: 20130238426
Abstract: A device transmits a first advertisement to a client device of a user; updates an indicator, associated with the user, to indicate that the device transmitted the first advertisement to the client device; and receives a request from a user device of the user. The request includes an identifier associated with the user. The device further determines, based on the identifier, that the user of the user device is also the user of the client device; determines, based on the identifier and the indicator, that the device transmitted the first advertisement to the client device; selects a second advertisement for the user device based on the request; and transmits the second advertisement to the user device. • Publication number: 20130221180
Abstract: A holder such as a portable document/notebook holder is provided for use with a portable computer such as a netbook or a laptop computer to locate a document or a notebook in a front space relative to a user by mounting the holder on to the portable computer and attaching the document or notebook to that holder. Connectors such as clips may be coupled to ends of two arms that are movably coupled to each other on the other ends. For example, a first arm may fold against a second arm in a closed position and the first arm may maintain an open position when the first arm is either partially folded or not folded. For reading hand written notes, instead of repetitive turning of the neck sideways only upward and downward movement of eyeballs is sufficient which avoids straining of neck or back, making the typing much faster and a comfortable task.

  • Patent number: 8508736
Abstract: A lithographic apparatus has an alignment system including a radiation source configured to convert narrow-band radiation into continuous, flat and broad-band radiation. An acoustically tunable narrow pass-band filter filters the broad-band radiation into narrow-band linearly polarized radiation. The narrow-band radiation may be focused on alignment targets of a wafer so as to enable alignment of the wafer. In an embodiment, the filter is configured to modulate an intensity and wavelength of radiation produced by the radiation source and to have multiple simultaneous pass-bands. The radiation source generates radiation that has high spatial coherence and low temporal coherence.

Also included is a collection site within the main airflow path. The collection site is for drawing an air sample from the main airflow path. Additionally the system includes a means to induce a localized increase in particle speed at the collection site relative to air speed along the remainder of the main airflow path. The means to induce a localized increase includes an auxiliary airflow path from the main airflow path. The auxiliary airflow path has an exit upstream of the collection site. In an alternative form of the invention, the means to induce the localized increase in particle speed at the collection site comprises a venturi in the main airflow path with the collection site being disposed along the venturi.
